I have come to realize- like duh- that I must get to the bottom of why Iallow what I do in mylife( that is unhealthy), what is broekn inside anad find true healing and to stay in prayer to be strong while going through this healing.

I have come to realize, although I have pretty much always known this about myself-

I like to rescue and save folks, but forget about me- and then I feel resentful when not treated well - .

I know I must seek healing for this cycle and I WILL with God's help and the love and support of family and friends- .

May the Lord protect me while I go through this healing process to NOT repeat this horrible cycle.
