The Father Sending Four Spirits of Heaven.

The Father not only tells us that He will bring His Son`s enemies to His footstool, but we are also shown how He is doing that.

The Prophet Zechariah was shown a vision of God the Father sending forth four spirits of heaven to areas of the earth, for judgment. These angel spirits stood before God the Father and in His timing He sent them out to bring the nations of the earth to judgment. They are shown as `chariots` which depict judgment.

`I ....looked and behold, four chariots were coming between two mountains, ...they walked to and fro throughout the earth.` (Zech. 6: 1 & 7)

`These are the four spirits of heaven who go out from their station before the Lord (Father) of all the earth.` (Zech. 6: 5)

The prophet Daniel was given a similar vision of these four spirits of heaven but with more detail.  Daniel was shown the four angelic spirits gathering the nations into large Federations.

`Daniel spoke saying, “I saw in my visions by night, and behold, the four winds/spirits of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea.` (Dan. 7: 2)

The Hebrew word for winds is the same as spirits. Daniel saw a pictorial representation of what would actually happen. The four spirits stirred up the great Sea and four kingdoms/Federations formed. These are quite recognisable today.

The Lion and eagle - the British Commonwealth and America.

The Bear - The Russian Federation.

The Leopard - the European Union.

The terrifying beast - Islam.

These are `beastly` powers and control, subjugate and dominate the peoples under them. Their motives are to conquer, kill and or terrify others.

God is revealing the Gentile`s inability to rule righteously and thus their rulership will come to an end and God the Father will set up His rulership through His Son who will `rule in the midst of your enemies.` (Ps.110: 2)
