Believers must be consciously aware that it is always the season to be a prepared Bride (read Matthew 25). It is always the season to be a wise virgin, pure in heart and prepared as you are bearing fruit that remains for His Kingdom through your Christ calling, longing for your Bridegroom to come.

The oil of intimacy is costly, but it cannot be purchased by anyone else for you (Matthew 25:9).  As we lay down our lives for the Lord and as we seek Him in intimacy, devoting our lives to advancing His Kingdom in the earth and to His presence, we will store up His Spirit's oil. It's not the time to be complacent in purchasing oil.

"Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them... And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, 'Lord, lord, open to us.' But he answered, 'Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.' Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour." (Matthew 25:1–3; 10–13)

Psalm 115:16 - "The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind."

We were born to dominate earth, not heaven. That is why heaven is always a temporary excursion for the human spirit; it is not our territory.

Without a clear understanding of God's purpose for our life, life becomes an experiment.  Where purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable. Without purpose activity has no meaning and time and energy are misused.  Purpose determines what is right.  Purpose protects us from doing something good at the expense of the right.

Repent - means to stop, turn around, and go in the opposite direction -- a complete change of mind and thinking -- a whole new mentality -- and a complete change of life direction. This suggests action, but action follows thinking.  Before we can turn around, we have to decide to turn around.

Jesus's purpose was twofold:  1. To proclaim the arrival of God's kingdom and, 2. through His blood make it possible for us to advance His Kingdom without interruption throughout the whole earth.

God’s purpose is to have us advance His Kingdom over the whole earth through our Christ calling as we deploy the great commission. (Matthew 28:19)

Affirmations:

I forget those things which are behind and reach forth to the calling God has put into my heart.  I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.  (Philippians 3:14,15)

I continually ask, seek, and knock concerning the things God has prepared for me as a spiritual mentor because Jesus says I will receive, find, and it will be opened for me.  (Matthew 7:7,8)

I have the mind of Christ Jesus.  (Philippians 2:5)
