Seeking Communion - January 19, 2019

Isaiah 60:1-2 it says, “When darkness is covering across our land, the glory of the Lord shall be seen upon His people.” There will be tangible evidence of God’s glory in great ways in the coming days In covenant victory of the cross, relationship between the person and God is established and sealed by the Holy Spirit, thus, in turn, allowing the person to experientially enjoy the fellowship of communion and growth in that relationship.

As the glory of God comes, there’s also power. In Acts 1:8 it says, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” He empowers us with His power to be a witness, the anointing of the Holy Spirit. When the glory comes, there is also the power of God.

When people encounter the power of God, they will be set free, they will be ministered to, and even their very emotions will be changed. As believers, we should have a perpetual hunger and desire to experience more of God’s glory.

2 Corinthians 3:18 says, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”   The word carries the glory of God and the power of God.

As you turn up your expectancy that this will be one of the most powerful times of increase that will come from the glory and the power of the Lord in your life. This increase will come as a result of God’s Glory and God’s Power that you encounter fresh every day. Go into this season with a higher level of expectation than your previous season -- the Lord is going to strengthen you, anoint you, empower you, and favor you to see even greater increase in this new season of time.

There are things that He has purposed for you; there are things the Lord wants to strengthen you to believe for again. In His glory and power there is no limitation. Because of His unlimited supply, we can see limits lifted off. We can see great and mighty things take place because of the unlimited realm of God. Lift your vision higher. Set your expectation on the Lord.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Ten Power Exhortations - January 20, 2019

"Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen." - Hebrews 11:1 Faith must be a definite and specific request for the things asked for. It is not to be vague, indefinite, shadowy thing; it must be something more than an abstract belief in God's willingness to do for us.       He creates in you the desire to find Him and run after Him - to follow wherever He leads you, and to press peacefully against His heart.
"He who loves Me.....I will love him and manifest Myself to him." - John 14:21 He promised that they would see Him again. This is clearly not merely a promise that they would see Him in heaven, because that was a given. Jesus has given us these promises explicitly that we might seek Him with abandon, confident that He will be found by those who love Him and seek Him with all their hearts. For an authentic move of God to emerge from our lives, there must be an underlying hunger for God and willingness on our part to sacrifice our own purposes to give ourselves for His purposes. "But he who is united with the Lord becomes one spirit with Him." - 1 Corinthians 6:17
God's will for us it to "pray without ceasing." He did not say "accept the difficulties." He said to pray, continue to rejoice, and remain vocally thankful. As you do, your circumstances will be established in victory!         "For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power...." (1 Thessalonians 1:5).
"And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Corinthians 2:4).
If we are living in the high CALLING of God's PURPOSE for our life, it doesn't matter what the natural world says. It doesn't matter what we feel. It doesn't matter what we see. It doesn't matter what we think. We are living by another set of rules. We are living by a superior order. We are in the realm of God. We are in the activity of God. So we need to begin to BELIEVE that.
A "positional" relationship to Christ that does not transform one's life is the greatest possible denial of Christ's words.
Believing for a MANIFESTATION of God's Kingdom in our lives and walking in a Kingdom MINDSET is vital. Why? Because we were created on purpose for this purpose! We are body and we are spirit; we are born from above.
Jesus told Nicodemus that no one could see the Kingdom of God unless that person is born again or born from above. Jesus said, "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the Kingdom of God" (John 3:3).       God's desire is for all His children to possess a spiritual mind and He has given us the capacity through the indwelling Holy Spirit (Nehemiah 9:20). What Jesus said to His disciples applies also to us: "Blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear" (Matthew 13:16). Do you want to cultivate your spiritual mind? Then immerse yourself in God's Word (Psalm 119:9). Pray for revelation and ask the Spirit of God to open your eyes to behold awesome things from heavenly realms (2 Kings 6:17). There is nothing wrong with intellectual knowledge and pursuit. God gave us our mind and expects us to use it. However, we should never depend upon mere human intellectual wisdom to advance us in the realm of the Holy Spirit (John 16:13).
A non-confrontational attitude is not the role and the responsibility of God's end-time warriors! We must awaken. Now is the time to find God's PURPOSE for your life and the CALLING you were destined to fulfill. "Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you." - Matthew 7:7 AMP
What action steps can you begin, right now, to move toward reaching your vision and destiny in Christ?
"The most important thing is that I complete my mission, the work that the Lord Jesus gave me." - Acts 20:24     ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 263

Matthew 16:19 - "Whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven." How do we know what is bound and loosed in heaven? Who tells us what heaven's reality looks like?

The only way to know these things and to function as the HOUSE OF GOD and GATE OF HEAVEN is to have revelation of what is happening in heaven. Otherwise, we're working in the dark. God has always wanted to release truth to His people, backed by the Word, of things that are found in heaven but have no earthly parallel. Jesus said: "If I have told you of earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you of heavenly things?" (John 3:12) He was expressing a desire to reveal things to us about what's happening in the spiritual realm that has no corresponding earthly picture. Isaiah 9:7 - "Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end........." As His government increases in the earth the Church will receive more and more revelation as we are engulfed in His glory. Affirmations: I COME INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE FATHER TO RELEASE ME INTO THE THINGS HE HAS PREDESTINED ME FOR SINCE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD.   I HUNGER FOR AND RECEIVE REVELATION AS PART OF MY EVERYDAY LIFE.   THAT REVELATION WILL HELP ME CARRY OUT MY EARTHLY ASSIGNMENTS WITH GREATER PRECISION AND WISDOM.
John 1:1,14 - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." Observation: IN MY LIFE GOD'S WORD BECOMES FLESH -- MY FLESH!
"I will climb up to my watchtower and stand at my guardpost. There I will wait to see what the Lord says and how He will answer my complaint. Then the Lord said to me, 'Write My answer plainly on tablets"....... - Habakkuk 2:1,2
We stand at our appointed posts as watchmen, ready for anything. We get away from external distractions, as Jesus did when he withdrew before dawn to isolated locations (see Mark 1:35).Quieting our internal noise, we watch to see what God may want to say:
"Be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10).
When we hear something, we do something—write it down, pray from it, sound an alarm—whatever is appropriate.
It is also easier to hear God's voice when you are performing automatic, mindless tasks such as driving the car, showering, exercising, washing the dishes or cleaning the house, especially if you are quietly praising God at the same time. He is more eager to speak to you than you are to hear from Him.

ATTAINING TO A SPIRITUAL CONSCIOUSNESS

"Yes, I long to come to know Him; that is, the power of His resurrection, and so to share with Him His sufferings as to be continually transformed by His death, in the hope of attaining, in some measure, the resurrection that lifts me out from among the dead." - Philippians 3:10-11 We must guard our spirit concerning attitudes and things that can hinder the "quality" of our spiritual life. When we neglect to value and maintain His presence in our daily life experience, we will gradually lose our interest in daily communing with the Lord. Our understanding of spiritual principles will become clouded and deteriorate, and we will be robbed of His best for us.   POWER OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS   Negative thoughts or things, if not dealt with, will gradually eat away the progress that we have made toward our becoming spiritually mature. Any spiritual sensitivity that has developed within us will become dull and we will begin to feel that the Lord is far away and no longer interested in us.   WORLDLY ATTACHMENTS AND RELATIONSHIPS   If we are sincere in our desire for His best, all attachments and relationships that are not compatible with His will and PURPOSE for us, or do not enhance His workings within us, must be brought to the Cross and left there. Only then will we be established on a firm foundation and capable of cultivating an active, abiding friendship with Jesus.   ADVANCING IN HIS PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE   As we continue in our times of daily communion with the Lord COUPLED WITH AFFIRMING AND MEDITATING THE SCRIPTURES THAT CONFIRM THE CHRIST LIFE IN US, our perception and understanding of spirituality, and of spiritual things will increase. We will have an increasing desire and ability to respond to and value His abiding presence and workings to bring us into His best for us.   "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10   We are to be continually taking ground for the Kingdom of God as we position ourselves in the place that He has called us to. As we continually experience His person our eyes are opened to see from His heavenly perspective.
The word "should" tells us that these divine arrangements are conditional and we can bypass them. But if we do, there will be an eternal loss.
We have the potential to believe impossibilities into reality. "Everything is possible for him who believes." - Mark 9:23

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 262

John 15:5 - "I am the vine; you are the branches......apart from Me you can do nothing." We were born to consult God to find out His purpose for our lives so that we can discover our vision. Revelation 1:8 - "I am the Alpha and the Omega." God is not only the Author of our vision but also our continuing Support as we progress toward its fulfillment. Prayer is what keeps us connected to the Vision-Giver. Prayer is where we receive the ability to continue the fight.
Isaiah 40:31 - "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." When you have been pressed, criticized, and opposed, you can become weak in faith. When people attack your dream, you go to God. You don't try to explain and give an answer for everything because you can't explain anything to critics. Their motives are already contaminated, and they'll use your words against you. Through prayer, God encourages us to get back out in the fight of faith. Psalm 27:1 - "The Lord is my light and my salvation - who shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid?" Affirmations: SINCE I STAY CONNECTED TO GOD FOR THE RENEWAL OF MY PURPOSE, FAITH, AND STRENGTH - I WILL BE ABLE TO PERSEVERE TO VICTORY.   I BASE MY PRAYERS ON GOD'S WORD TO BRING ME THROUGH DIFFICULTIES AND GIVE ME THE VICTORY THAT IS MINE.   I STAY IN TOUCH WITH GOD SO THAT I AM NOURISHED IN BOTH LIFE AND VISION.         "But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the LORD's victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the LORD is with you!" - 2 Chronicles 20:17
God is the God of the breakthrough, but He uses our hands if you do your part, He will do His.
Breakthrough happens when we take the first offensive step against the barriers in our life. Breakthrough happens when we say, "I m going to trust that God is going to supernaturally do the impossible."
There is no progress without resistance: There is a spiritual battle over your breakthrough. We can only win the battle in the spirit. Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared to believe that something inside of them was superior to their circumstances. His name is Jesus.
The voice of God is the master key to your supernatural breakthrough. Hear it and speak it. Agree with the decree.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Seeking Communion - January 17, 2019

Revelation 22:2: "In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."
The winds of change are blowing over the Church right now. God is breathing transition over much of the Body of Christ.
If you are in a season where you feel extremely restless, it could be that God is preparing your heart for transition. You may feel this way because even though you are still dwelling in your present season, God is declaring new things in your heart, which will give you courage to step out of the old and into the new. God often transitions your heart before He transitions your circumstances.
These winds are going to begin to also fan into flames the fire that God has placed in our hearts.
We are living in a time where God wants to fan into flames the fire of revival, however, we also need to be embracing His winds to fan the Refiner's fire as well. The Refiner's fire comes upon the hearts of God's children to burn away the chaff of orphanship as they hunger to understanding their inheritance in Christ, their right standing with God and how to walk in the Spirit --therefore revealing refined sons and daughters. It aligns hearts so that what God wants to release over the Church will be able to be stewarded healthily and orderly. He is realigning our circumstances, vision, and direction, or bringing shifts within our heart as He brings fresh order. God is blowing His winds of change so that the leaves of the Tree of Life will bring healing to the nations. He is fanning into flames the Fire of Revival and the Refiner's Fire, so that we will not only be able to catch what the Lord is releasing, but that we will also steward it with longevity.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 261

Luke 9:62 - Jesus said to him. "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back (to the things behind) is fit for the kingdom of God. We are what the past has made us. Yet, we are commanded to not look back and to "forget.....what lies behind". With God, this is not impossible, for although the events of our lives are irreversible, our reactions to those events can still be changed. Philippians 3:13 - "But one thing I do (my one aspiration): forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead." As our reactions change, we change. Although we cannot alter the past, we can put our past upon the "altar" as an act of worship. A worshiping heart truly allows God to restore the soul. Romans 8:28 - "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God." The key for the fulfillment of this verse is that we become lovers of God in our spirits. When we are given to loving Him, all that we have passed through in life is washed in that love. It is redeemed and becomes good within us. Affirmations: GOD REACHES INTO MY EXPERIENCES AND REDEEMS ME FROM MY NEGATIVE REACTIONS.   I FORGET MY PAST AND PRESS ON TOWARD THE MARK FOR THE PRIZE OF THE HIGH CALLING OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS.   EVER PRAISING GOD TRANSFORMS THE NEGATIVE ASSAULT OF THE ENEMY INTO A SPRING OF SWEET WATERS WHICH REFRESHES ME.         2 Corinthians 6:14,15 - "Do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers, for it cannot be done. How can right and wrong be partners? How can light and darkness live together? How can Christ and the Devil agree?" Observation: EVERY RELATIONSHIP TAKES ME TOWARDS MY DREAMS OR AWAY FROM THEM.       "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." - John 1:14 When the Word became flesh, it didn’t just stop with Jesus. The Word is still becoming flesh as He tabernacles with you, living within your tent of flesh and blood and redeemed humanity. You are His habitation, His dwelling place, and He has established His throne within the chambers of your heart, as a living tabernacle of His glory. The Word becomes who you are DESTINED to be, within the realms of glory; of grace upon grace and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and favor upon favor and gift upon gift. For the Word must increase and consume your flesh, consume it and be glorified so that when they look upon you they will behold His Glory, and behold one who is indeed begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. "The Word was the true light that enlightens all men....but to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God -- children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will but born of God." - John 1:12,13   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Daily Word - January 15, 2019

"'Is not My Word like fire,' declares the Lord, 'and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?'" - Jeremiah 23:29   In 2019 be ready for demonstrations of His power, His justice, His provision, His favor, His breakthrough, and deliverance, but God is also looking for a people who are yielded, strong, fortified in Him and His Word alone, prepared and maturing to carry His glory.
As you SEE the power of the Word of God and His revelation contained within it, you stay close to His heart and decree His Word.  It's in the place of having to hold fast, tightly, to the Word of God. It is in the adversity that you receive greater revelation and impartation. The enemy will come in these moments of "testing" to SIFT you but as you hold onto the Word, the enemy's temptations will not take root.
It's up to us whether we get on board and partner with what He is doing and lay down any agendas. The King of Glory is going to be made manifest and again the Church will be left facedown in awe and wonder and trembling at the majesty of God and the power of His Word.
We must steward our lives and what He places in our hands, surrendering to His ways, with purity, integrity, and humility.
The harvest is coming in! Let us be a people who are READY!   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Ten Power Exhortations - January 14, 2019

"[Your] faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus." - Philemon 6 We don't have to wander around and around the mountain, wondering where we are supposed to be going and doing a kind of "hit and miss" attempt at fulfilling the will of God. God will show you what He has for you if you start to see by faith and believe YOU CAN HEAR FROM GOD.
By faith, He can release a word to you if you need confirmation – but He also puts His desires in your heart so that when you fulfill the will of God, it's delightful to you because it's in your heart.
To look anywhere for wisdom except in the leading of the Holy Spirit is to give oneself up to darkness.
Is our faith growing stronger, or are we going to slip into the majority that drifts away?
People tend to draw their security by how many people are with them. True faith doesn't. True faith is faith in God, not how many people are with us. True faith is demonstrated by patience, which is why we are told that it is through "faith and patience" that we will inherit the promises that God lays out for us in scripture.
"Then, knowing what lies ahead for you, you won't become bored with being a Christian, nor become spiritually dull and indifferent, but you will be anxious to follow the example of those who receive all that God has promised them because of their strong faith and patience." - Hebrews 6:12 (Living Bible)         When you discover who you are in Christ, you begin to measure your life and ministry by Jesus' model. You begin to want what He wants for the same reason He wants it.       "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:18). We're not supposed to fix our eyes on what's temporal and get stuck there. The temporal things aren't going to last. Instead, we need to focus on what's eternal because what's eternal is going to last forever and it's in the Spirit realm.
The eternal is the unseen substance of what's in Heaven. In fact, the eternal overrules the material or physical realm -- the physical symptoms of the sickness that are in your body, and the physical circumstances of your life. Therefore, we need to say, "Come Holy Spirit; so as it is in Heaven, it will begin to be on earth." As we invite the Kingdom of God and as we say, "Holy Spirit come," He brings the realm of God; He brings the activity of God.       You cannot defeat your Giant until you believe that what you have (Christ in you, the hope of glory) and who you are (the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus) is Enough!       John 1:38,39 -- Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, "What seek Ye?" They said unto Him, "Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest Thou?" He saith unto them, "Come and see."
Like James and John, we too, "Behold the Lamb of God." Just as He asked them, so He asks us, "What are you seeking?" It is possible to barely know Jesus because we never actually spend time seeking Him.
We are invited to receive the Spirit, live in the Spirit, embrace the gifts of the Spirit, and be sustained and blown along by the very breath of God to advance our DESTINY in the Spirit. We cannot be in and out, this way and that way if we're going to move and operate and ascend into the incredible levels that God wants to release in us.       Self-righteous service requires external rewards. It needs to know that people see and appreciate the effort. It seeks human applause -- with proper religious modesty of course. True service rests contented in HIDDENNESS.
The first step toward sanctification is to admit we are not as holy as we would like to appear. Humility, therefore, is the substructure of transformation. It is the essence of all virtues. Like Jesus, we must delight in becoming "lowly in heart." "trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and view others with contempt" - Luke 18:9   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

GOD HAS APPOINTED YOU TO A WALL

God is speaking to many people at this time that angels are waiting at your wall! Take heart, for that situation you are facing is about to become a miracle zone. The walls of an ancient city were where watchmen stood guard. "Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings" - Isaiah 58:12 A wall can represent an obstacle. Nehemiah wept when he heard the walls of Jerusalem were broken down, and the city's gates burned with fire. Nehemiah prayed, he interceded. And then, he realized God had appointed him to go and help rebuild that wall himself. Like Nehemiah, God has appointed you to a wall. Your "wall" is an assignment God has given you. An influence that is uniquely yours – something He has given you to protect, watch over and build. It is your Father's promise to you.   ANGELS AT YOUR WALL: It's Time To Show Up   Hear your Father say, "Don't stop asking, seeking, and knocking. Don't stop calling on Me. Don't rest, when it comes to prayer." - Luke 11:9, 18:7 "I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give Him no rest till He establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth." - Isaiah 62:6-7 What does it mean to cry out to your Father day and night? It means that when people all around you are resting, you are wrestling. Others may be lukewarm, but you are fanning the flames because passion is burning on the inside of you. You are being fueled, not by your own strength and energy, but by the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Gradually, there comes a shift in your prayers -- "this is what You said, and this is how it is going to be. I command every power of darkness to release the destiny of this wall in Jesus name. I speak life. I say, 'Let that promise spring forth, in Jesus name!'"   Earth-shifting, obstacle-busting, angel-employing prayer starts with simply showing up.   ANGELS AT YOUR WALL: It's Time To Step Up   Today, know you are significant. Your family, work, ministry, and locality is significant. It's time to take a stand at your wall, for no one can take your place. Angels are waiting at your wall!   ANGELS AT YOUR WALL: It's Time to Rise up   "See, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands; your walls are ever before Me." - Isaiah 49:16 As you rise, take your place and pray, a shift is taking place. You have moved into the miracle zone. Much of the time you will not know how your Father does His will – for there is seamlessness in the workings of the Kingdom of God. He answers your prayer through the influence of the Holy Spirit upon people's hearts, and through sending angels about His work. But you and others will clearly see the hand of God moving. And glory will be given – not to a human instrument, or an angelic instrument – but all glory will go to Jesus. For you have stepped into your divine appointment.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 260

Ephesians 1:3,4 - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. According as he has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love." Many people who are doing something significant for God in the world are doing it "without their own resources" because God doesn't want us to depend on our own abilities.
Instead, He wants us to be obedient by putting the vision on paper and then looking to Him to generate the funds and other resources that are needed to support His own work.
Your provision, however, is usually hidden until you act on your vision. Whatever you were born to do attracts what you need to do it. Therefore, you first have to establish what you want to do, and begin to do it, before the need can be met.
Most people work in reverse. They want to see the provisions before they start, but faith doesn't work that way. When we take action, then God manifests the provision.
Genesis 22:13,14 - "Then Abraham looked up and glanced around, and behold, behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering and an ascending sacrifice instead of his son! So Abraham called the name of that place The Lord Will Provide." God already prepared everything you would need before He created you so that you could do what you were born to do. He knew what you needed because He chose you for your vision a long time ago. God tells us we don't have to worry about our provision because He has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Affirmations:
I KNOW THAT GOD WILL NEVER GIVE ME A VISION WITHOUT PROVISION.   I REALIZE THAT MY PROVISION IS USUALLY HIDDEN UNTIL I ACT ON MY VISION.         Those who wait on Him and remain faithful to obey Him will soar. They will accomplish more NOW than ever before. Now is the time for the mature believers to prevail -- the tenacious ones who don't give up, who persist -- the faithful ones who set their face toward the goal and do not relent till it comes to pass.
This is the hour for the warrior spirit to arise, the sons of the Lion of Judah! This is the time to excel and ascend. Cultivate that spirit of excellence.
"Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and innocent children of God -- without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Among whom you will appear as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life." - (Philippians 2:14-16)
He will grow your influence and enlarge your territory ( 1 Chronicles 4:10). Abide in Him, let Him abide in you. Only with His presence will you produce fruit that lasts.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Daily Word - January 13, 2019

"The Lord was standing by a wall that had been built true to plumb, with a plumb line in His hand. And the Lord asked me, 'What do you see, Amos?' 'A plumb line,' I replied. Then the Lord said, 'Look, I am setting a plumb line among My people Israel;'" - Amos 7:7-8
God's plumb line is all-important for discerning His voice. Amid all the noise of the world, we need to be able to distinguish God's voice clearly. God wants you to know what He is saying.
Every follower of Jesus receives the gifts of revelation and discernment. Every Believer needs to use them! In fact, without discernment and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, we cannot progress in our use of any of the gifts and advancing God's PURPOSE for our life.
We bring God's Word to dwell in the midst of the world as we daily walk in the Spirit and remain sensitive to His flow. Through our relationship with God, we receive revelation. And as we bring that revelation to the world around us, we incarnate His Word in our very ordinary lives—just as Amos did.
No matter what your situation is, or where you've come from, you can receive revelation and grow in spiritual discernment. God wants to use you powerfully as a plumb line of God's Word to everyone around you.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Daily Word - January 12, 2019

"Jesus answered, 'Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.' The woman said to him, 'Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty...'" - John 4:13-15 Jesus boldly told the Samaritan woman at the well of Jacob that she could come to Him and He would give her living waters. He was speaking figuratively of the Spirit of God. We cannot live without natural water and so we cannot spiritually live without the water of the Spirit of God. Jesus taught the disciples in Matthew 5:6 that "blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied." He promised that we would be satisfied. How does this happen? The only way it can happen is if we have the indwelling presence of God in our hearts via His Holy Spirit. David said in Psalms that his heart and flesh longed and thirsted for God in a dry and weary land. Again David mentioned the life-giving power of the Spirit of God in Psalm 51, "take not your Holy Spirit from me..."   LIVING WATERS   David loved the Presence of God and the Holy Spirit. He knew that if he grieved the Spirit of God He might leave him and then the Presence of the Lord would diminish. David lived in the days of the Old Covenant and so did the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus came along and told this woman that she could have living waters inside her and she would never be thirsty again. Jesus risked much to minister to her and probably stirred up some controversy as people heard what He did. God has been inviting mankind to fellowship with Him since the days of Adam and Eve. He walked and talked with them in the garden when He came to visit them. He was about cultivating a relationship with them. He made it easy for them to know Him. His heart has never changed and He has again made it easy for us to experience Him by the sweet indwelling presence of His life-giving Spirit. Come and drink of His living waters and allow them (Holy Spirit) to well up in you like the well where Jesus invited the woman to drink of His living waters. Jesus gently shared love and hope with her and she was so transformed that she went to her village and told people about her experience and many people found Jesus that day. Regardless of how we feel about ourselves, He is always telling us, "Come and Drink." "Come to Me and I will give you living water and you will never thirst again!"   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 259

1 Corinthians 4:20 - "For the kingdom of God does not consist in words, but in power". We cannot be witnesses of the Almighty God without power. When we think of power we often think of miracles, but they are only one example of God's power, not the very essence of it.
The essence of God's power is the life of God. This is why the author of the book of Hebrews explains that the Lord's priesthood is based on "the power of an indestructible life" (see Hebrews 7:14-17).
We are called to be forerunners and messengers of the coming kingdom. The power of our message will be directly related to the power of the life that is in us.
Our goal is to live and reveal the power of the life that is in Christ Jesus. Our life and character should be so different and powerful in Christlikeness, that we stand out because of them. Not only are we a priesthood, we are a "royal" priesthood. Christians are the true royalty on earth. Affirmations: THE POWER THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO TESTIFY OF THE COMING KINGDOM IS THE POWER OF LIFE.   THIS LIFE IS INFINITELY MORE PRECIOUS THAN ANYTHING I COULD EVER POSSESS ON THIS EARTH.   MY IDENTITY IS TRULY IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND MY PRIESTLY CALLING TO MINISTER AND INTERCEDE FOR OTHERS ON A DAILY BASIS.
Galatians 1:10 - "If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ." Observation: IF I AM TO WALK WITH CHRIST I NEED TO BE DELIVERED FROM THE FEAR OF MAN, THE COMPULSION TO BE ACCEPTED BY MEN, AND THE MOTIVE OF WANTING TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Habakkuk 2:14 - "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea."
Let's all draw near to Him and ask Him to flood our individual lives and the lives we touch and minister to -- for everything the water touches will spring to life.
Let's spend more time raising our spiritual consciousness with the truths of our inheritance in Christ from the Bible so that there are no "empty places" in our souls.
Let's spend more time worshiping the Father and praying each and every day, letting the Living Waters fill us and then flow out of innermost being to the people whose lives God has given us to affect and change
Let's flood the atmosphere around us every day with the glory of God! For He is the Kingdom and the power and the glory.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Ten Power Exhortations - January 7, 2019

As contradictory as it may seem, many true children of God remain dominated, for the most part, by the laws of their natural or carnal minds.
One reason the Church struggles so much today is that many Christians still think like the world, and thoughts give birth to actions.
For example, some say, "I won't believe it until I see it." This is the exact opposite of a spiritual mindset.
The natural mind says, "If I see, I will believe." The spiritual mind says, "If I believe, I will see." Paul clearly recognized our desperate need for a Spirit-enlightened mind, praying:
"...that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power." (Ephesians 1:17–19)       You have to be unashamed of Jesus and confess Him daily as your Healer. You have to make Jesus your living Healer if you want Him to heal you.       Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
When we learn to trust the Lord, we then get a new and fresh perspective on things. It is like you had been in a box. As you learn to trust the Lord, you climb out of that box, seeing sunlight with the blue sky rather than darkness in the box. This is the way it works when we see as God sees. He has blueprints for each of us that will release life, making us contagious with His love, presence, and CALLING.       When you ask for something in prayer, you have to start speaking about it as if it already exists.       It's time to break out. It's time to step on up and come out of the "house" into the streets. It's time to take authority over your circumstances. No more self-abasement, nor more thinking, "I can't do this." You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Elijah's mission was to awaken the Israelites to their apostasy, backsliding, lukewarmness, and to call them back to loyalty to God. Are you a Reformer? Believe God for the impossible and you too like Elijah will transform lives. "And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the Kingdom of Heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force (as a precious prize -- a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion)." AMP - Matthew 11:12       If we will make it our highest goal to receive from Him everything that He has for us -- God's PURPOSE for our life (our CALLING in Christ) -- we, like Jesus, will come out with power greater than we have ever known (see Luke 4:14).
Let's join Jesus in becoming the water (the Word) breathed upon by His wind (Holy Spirit) that we might, with Him, become the wave!         Acts 10:38 - "How God anointed Jesus....who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.." The word "oppressed" is derived from a root word which means "press, to squeeze." The enemy is applying great pressure to cause us to go backwards. He does not desire that we "press in" for our deliverance and BREAKTHROUGH. There is also a strong attack from the enemy that would attempt to cause us to quit the race, throw in the towel, and not fulfill our DESTINY in Christ.
The Lord is opening a door in the high places as we are being called to "go up higher!" God is calling us to experience His glory, and to receive new levels of revelation, and to experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord has already provided us with everything we will ever need: deliverance, healing, provision, protection, wisdom—we need only to believe Him for it (see Matthew 6).
John 1:38,39 -- Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, "What seek Ye?" They said unto Him, "Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest Thou?" He saith unto them, "Come and see." Like James and John, we too, "Behold the Lamb of God." Just as He asked them, so He asks us, "What are you seeking?" It is possible to barely know Jesus because we never actually spend time seeking Him.       We know who we are in Christ without doubt or fear. We are sons and daughters of God by His marvelous grace. We have the Blood of Jesus flowing through us. By His Blood we overcome the darkness of this world. Too many in the Church have limited themselves and limited God by not understanding their inheritance in Christ and their right standing with God.
Colossians 1:27 - "...to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."         The problem of distractions in prayer is universal. The best method of dealing with distractions is no method at all. Just ignore them and turn to the business at hand -- prayer -- again and again. Once you discover that you have been out of His presence, simply go back. Repeat the name of Jesus in faith. Do it a million times if necessary.
We are far too full of ourselves to be able to be filled with God. God can fill only "the hungry" with good things, while "the rich" he can only send away empty -- not because he withholds his love from the rich, but because the rich have no room for Him -- like the inn in Bethlehem. "He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away." - Luke 1:53
Suffering is a test of faith. The reason is that while we are suffering, at first the suffering does not draw us closer to God but tempts us to turn away from Him and to concentrate wholly on ourselves, in fear or self-pity.     ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Seeking Communion - January 7, 2019

"He that believeth on me....out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." - John 7:38 The very life of the risen Christ in us is moving us to do His will. We are partakers of the divine nature to manifest the life of Jesus to the world.   "Others mocking said, 'these men are full of new wine.'" - Acts 2:13 "New wine" - a new order, new inspiration, new manifestation, a new creation. It is God's mind to fill us with that wine, to make us ready to burst forth with new rivers, fresh energy, no tired feeling.
What shall we do?
Believe -- stretch out -- press on -- let there be a new entering in -- a new passion to have it. We must drink deeply of the new wine, that the ones God has given us to influence and disciple may be satisfied and find satisfaction too. "Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." - Philippians 3:21 The body being so operated by the Spirit in the process of changing throughaffirming and meditating on His Word until we are like unto Him.
Being filled with the Spirit we are so hungry, so thirsty, that nothing will satisfy us but seeing Jesus. Getting more thirsty every day, more dry every day, until the floods come, and the Master passes by, ministering unto us and through us, and through us the same life, the same inspiration, that as He is, so are we in this world.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

MANIFESTING LIVING FAITH

The real success of any life will be because of this knowledge, "Thou art the Christ." This knowledge is the rock foundation, "and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 16:18,19). This knowledge of our right standing with God -- this life of faith that we have come into -- it is because of this rock foundation that we have this living faith, and that foundation cannot be overthrown. He has given us power to bind and loose.
"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD, who loved me, and gave himself for me." - Galatians 2:20 KJV
You know that you are on this rock foundation (living through His faith) and able to bind and to loose; and to have that living faith that you can pray and know you have the answer because of God's promises, and the fact that Jesus said, "If Ye believe." It is on this rock that our faith must be based, and this will never fail; God has established it forever.   THE MIND AND WILL OF GOD   There is only one place where we can get the mind and will of God; it is alone with God; if you look to anybody else you cannot get it. If we seek to save ourselves we shall never reach the place where we will be able to bind and loose.
There is a close companionship between you and Jesus that nobody knows about, where every day you have to choose or refuse. It is in the narrow way that you get the power to bind and the power to loose.
We are not going to have faith if we do not give ourselves wholly up to Him.   THE ROCK FOUNDATION IN YOU
Some believers are weak today because Christ the rock is not abiding in them in the manifestations of the power of God. This is not because it is a special gift -- this power to loose and to bind -- but it is whether you have the rock foundation in you. In the name of Jesus you will loose, and in the name of Jesus you will bind, and if He is in you it ought to bring forth evidences of that power. There is a Spirit that dwells within us, and this is nothing less than the life of Him who gave Himself for us, for He is the Rock life in us.
The rock is within you, you have power to bind and power to loose because you consist of that Rock. What you have to do is to stand on that fact and use that power.
Wherever you are you can set people free. That power is yours. God is delighted when we use the power He has given us.   QUESTION TO ASK MYSELF:
Will I use the power of the Rock within me, in 2019, for His glory?     ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Daily Word - January 4, 2019

"Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity"...Hebrews 6:1
Don't allow yourself to stagnate and become callous and cold. Now is the time to awake from slumber and rouse to reality (see Romans 13:11-14)! Arise and shine and push on to new heights (see Isaiah 60:1-5).
There is a wonderful grace offered for us to advance in the times of adversity! The invitation is extended to all saints; however, by a lack of commitment, many will disqualify themselves. This is a time to be desperate for the revealed glory of God. One of the marks of these overcomers will be hunger and complete dissatisfaction with business as usual. This holy hunger will drive us to seek the Lord on a much more increased level.
Jesus states in Matthew 5:6, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." The Amplified Bible reveals, "...those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God)...shall be completely satisfied!"
It's time to remove all lids of limitations off and believe God for big things, being assured that He is able to do much more than we could ask or even think (see Ephesians 3:20-21).   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 258

Matthew 15:14 - "If the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch." When you start pursuing God's vision for your life, sometimes you have to change who your close friends are because you're not speaking the same language anymore. Priority requires that there are people and places that you are going to have to disassociate yourself from if you're going to make it to your dream. Some people say that it doesn't really matter with whom they associate, that they wouldn't want to hurt anybody by disassociating from them. Yet Jesus was telling us not to be foolish by following those who are spiritually blind. Some people literally sacrifice their dreams and their lives because they are afraid of having conflict and disagreement with others. Affirmations: I CHOOSE PEOPLE TO ASSOCIATE WITH WHO WANT ME TO GO WHERE I WANT TO GO. I LET THEM BE MY ENCOURAGEMENT.   I IGNORE THE CRITICS AND KEEP ON ACTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH MY VISION.

Hebrews 12:29 - "For our God is a consuming fire". OBSERVATION: If I am truly getting closer to Him in 2019, the fire in my life will be growing.       "Behold, you are fair, my love; behold you are fair; you have doves' eyes. - Song of Solomon 1:15 You will not be disappointed when you see what He has in store for you. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. He is faithful to His word and will perform that which He has promised. Good things shall come to you. Great things are in store. Hold fast! Now is the time to visualize your inheritance. Now is the time to see the great manifestations of His power. Now is the time! So receive the 'Eye of the Dove' -- the ability to focus wholeheartedly on Him! The ability to narrow your focus so that you are not distracted by outward forces. Remain undistracted! Your victory is in the place of focus! You are becoming increasingly aware of His person and presence, and that spiritual awareness will lift you above the pressure of this realm and catapult you into the realm of His presence. "Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, And come along. For behold, the winter is past, The rain is over and gone. The flowers have already appeared in the land; The time has arrived for pruning the vines. - Song Of Solomon 2:10-12   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Daily Word - January 3, 2018

"...before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5   Although Jeremiah was called as a prophet, he still had to participate with action on his calling. God then instructs Jeremiah to "get up and prepare for action."   "Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them." - Jeremiah 1:17   In other words, he was not to sit down on the job or make any excuses. He was to get up and go. The call of God does not come with perfect circumstances, but with many challenges to our obedience. There will always be an excuse to not participate with our calling. His Kingdom must come first in our lives because God, Himself, is first and our lives are to reflect who He is.

THE PLACE OF VICTORY

There is only one thing that is going to accomplish the purposes of God, and that is being in the Spirit.
God wants men and women who are willing to submit and submit, and yield and yield to the Holy Spirit until their bodies are saturated and soaked with God -- you then realize that God your Father has you in such a condition that at any moment He can reveal His will to you.
"Son of man, can these bones live? and I answered, O Lord God, Thou knowest" (Ezekiel 37:3)   EMBRACING HUNGER AND THIRST FOR GOD
The Lord desires us to enter into a deeper level of pressing into Him in 2019, or what is called "pursuit after Him." It is a stirring of the Holy Spirit deep within that literally awakens your inner man so that YOU KNOW THAT YOU KNOW there is something more that He wants to share with you. This is called HOLY HUNGER. Hunger for God is one of the greatest signs of life a person can have. We must press past intellectual awareness to hunger for heartfelt encounters that change and transform. "O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee; my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is." - Psalm 63:1 May the Holy Spirit show us our leanness and farness from the desired place of union. What we desire is a great hunger and thirst for God.   HEARING HIS VOICE   "O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord" (Ezekiel 37:4).
He speaks so loud and clear and so distinct that a believer who is filled with the Spirit hears every word.
The world has to be brought to a knowledge of the truth, but that will only be brought about through human instrumentality, and that will be when the human instrument is at a place where he will say all the Holy Spirit directs him to say. "Be still, and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10) -- the place of tranquility, where we know that He is leading and moving us by the mighty power of His Spirit.
It is only the Spirit that can make the crooked straight. Only yield, so that He may have full control of all you are. We must get to that place where we shall see God and know His voice -- then He sends us with a message that brings life, power, and victory.   Expectation pulls virtue out of God because one of the foremost keys in hearing from God is living with expectation toward Him. Expectation places a demand on the Holy Spirit. He is willing to commune and speak to us every moment of our lives and He is as close as our own breath. Do you want to hear from God? Live with expectation. Pray with expectation. Listen with expectations.  You WILL hear His voice.   GETTING INTO THE SPIRIT TO RECEIVE HIS WILL   "..and they stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army" (Ezekiel 37:10).
It is man's utmost degree of SUBMISSION that God finds to be His opportunity, and it is for His word to awaken. "..all things are possible to him that believes" (Mark 9:23). But if we are to do the will of God at the right time and place, we get into the Spirit and so give God a fair chance. AFFIRMATIONS:
God is bringing my life to a new beginning.
I press into and lay hold of the kingdom of heaven in an aggressive way.
I have a burning heart of fiery witness and passion when it comes to exhorting others in their walk with God.
I repent from trying to do God's will without abiding in His presence.

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 257

Matthew 16:13,17,18 - "Who do people say that the Son of Man is?
Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not overpower it."   The Lord was not saying that He was going to build His church upon Peter. Jesus alone is the foundation of the church, and the rock that we must fasten our foundation to is the revelation from the Father of who Jesus is. It is not enough for us to just believe in who our parents say Jesus is, or even who our pastor says he is. We will not get to heaven because we are close to someone who is born again, or is growing in Him - we must be born again, and grow up into Him. Affirmations: I MUST DIG MY OWN WELL.   I MUST GO DEEPER.   I MUST HAVE MY OWN REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS.         John 11:44 - "And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, "Loose him, and let him go." Observation: DO I KNOW THAT I CAN BE RAISED FROM THE DEAD SPIRITUALLY, AND YET, STILL BE BOUND? I CAN BE SAVED BY THE POWER OF CHRIST AND YET, STILL BE BOUND BY THE TIGHT TRAPPINGS OF LIFE.         "God put His stamp of ownership on you by giving you the Holy
Spirit he had promised...so that your minds may be opened to see His light, so that you will know what is the hope to which he has called you...and how very great is his power at work in us who believe. This power in us is the same as the mighty strength which he used when he raised Christ from death." - Ephesians 1:13,18-20 Shall we stop short in 2019 of what He says we ought to be -- shall we cease to come into line with the Mind which is always thinking for our best -- shall we cease to humble ourselves before him who took the way of the cross for us -- shall we cease to withhold ourselves from Him?
Can a true believer come to God today without a cry to God to make them, as it were, flames of fire?
God shall endue you in that you won't be satisfied until you feel the very members of your body on fire with a Spirit-kindled PURPOSE.     ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Seeking Communion - January 1, 2019

Galatians 1:16 - "To reveal his Son in me, that I might present Him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood." Many believers have lost the glory because they have been taken up with the natural. If we are going to accomplish in the Spirit the thing God has purposed for us in 2019, we can never turn again to the flesh.   If we believers are to go forth and fulfill God's PURPOSE for our life, the Holy Spirit must be constantly filling us and moving upon us until our whole being is on fire with the presence and power of God -- walking in the divine likeness, having no confidence in the flesh, but growing in the grace and knowledge of God, and going on from one state of glory to another.   The believer that is a "partaker of the divine nature" has come into a relationship where God imparts His divine mind for the comprehension of His love and of the fellowship of His Son. We are only powerful as we know that source, we are only strong as we behold who we are in Christ and all the wonderful things and graces of the Spirit.   ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY

Ten Power Exhortations - December 31, 2018

Are you ready to be even more aggressive in the area of faith in 2019 to see the impossible become possible for great and mighty things to take place? This is not a time to be fearful but be strong in the Lord in His Power and Might.
When the Spirit fills the heart, so does His power, grace, and direction; the face of Jesus is vividly and evidently near.
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might." - Ephesians 6:10
The more you believe and confess that God's favor is on you, the more you will see His favor work for you.       1 John 2:15 - "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him." Someone said, "You can look, but don't touch." This is bad advice. There is much visual distraction today. It's easy to be lured away into worldly thinking and be deceived by the enemy by (continually) looking at something that is beneath a Christian's dignity. Job 31:1 - "I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?" What we allow ourselves to see will dictate what we think. The scripture says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he" (Proverbs 23:7). But the verse right before it says "Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye.."         If we will saturate ourselves with the presence of Jesus, we will carry an open Heaven over our own head. Then wherever we go, we will create an atmospheric change by becoming a "gate of Heaven" for others.
Jesus never said the gospel was just a message you share with people so they can be saved. Paul said, "For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power...." (1 Thessalonians 1:5).
And Paul also said, "And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Corinthians 2:4).
Paul had a radical revelation of the gospel in the ministry of Jesus and what that looked like.       Our calling is a heavenly calling, unto a heavenly life: not after this life, but NOW. In the process of finding your CALLING, you will find yourself, because nothing defines you as completely as your God-given mission.         Matthew 16:18 - "On this rock I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." Where precisely are the gates of hell? Where does the devil sit in power? The mind is the gatekeeper of the Kingdom of God. It is the place of access, transition, and power. It follows that the gates of hell are set up in people's minds. Jesus made this clear(Mathew 16:23). Humanity without Christ at the center is satanic in nature. When you've been given the Spirit of God, you lose the privilege of claiming, "I'm only human." Paul rebukes the church at Corinth for behaving like mere men (1 Corinthians 3:3).
The gate of hell is in our minds any time we agree with a man-centered perspective or natural wisdom that does not know God. We empower demonic forces and become a gate to release his power to kill, steal, and destroy our lives.
Affirmations: EVERY DAY AND IN EVERY WAY THE HOLY SPIRIT GUIDES ME UNTO ALL TRUTH.   AS I LISTEN TO HIS VOICE, THE HOLY SPIRIT TELLS ME OF THINGS TO COME.   BY MEDITATING ON THE SCRIPTURES AND COMMUNING WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT I AM FILLED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WILL IN ALL SPIRITUAL WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING.         The Spirit of God is calling each of us to a higher standard:
"...walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God" (Colossians 1:10). This is not a season to be apathetic and loose about our lifestyles. We must pursue our destiny in Christ and God's purpose for our lives. God calls all His people to a life of fruitfulness, which is the path to DISCIPLESHIP of others. As Paul writes: "Mark out a straight, smooth path for your feet so that those who follow you, though weak and lame will not fall and hurt themselves, but become strong." - Hebrews 12:13 (Living Bible)
There are three prisons the enemy has been trying to keep you trapped in—the prison of the past, the prison of pain and the prison of unforgiveness.
As you are released from these prisons, God is going to align you just as He said in Psalm 142:7, “Then … the righteous will gather about me….”
You can expect a sudden shift in relationships as God is going to realign you for the coming season.
In prayer, fire is the motive power. Religious principles which do not emerge in flame, have neither force nor effect. Fervency is the soul of prayer. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." - James 5:16
