Daily Meditations And Affirmations - October 27, 2024

Revelation 8:1 - "When the Lamb broke the seventh seal on the scroll, there was silence throughout heaven for about half an hour."

Before the first angel sounded the trumpet, there was a half-hour of silence in heaven for the prayers of the saints to be laid before God. We, also, have the need for silence and separation to bring our prayers before God and be strengthened for our daily work. We believe that as we begin and are faithful to bow in silence and expectancy before Him, God will reveal Himself to us.

You could begin by reading a portion of scripture (eg. praying some psalm verses back to God) and thanking Him for everything He has ever given you, then begin to intercede for your own household and children, the people that you minister to, your church and schools, and missions. Above all, meet with God.

Romans 10:8,10 - "The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach…For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Everything we could ever need is waiting for us in the realm of the spirit with our name on it. Faith is the "currency" we use to transfer God's provision for us from the unseen realm of the spirit to the natural earthly realm. (Hebrews 11:1) "Now, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." When you want to make a withdrawal from your faith account, speak the Word of faith.

Don't talk about circumstances. Say what God says the outcome is going to be according to His Word. But don't put it in the future. Faith calls things as though they were.

Affirmations: The light God is beginning to burn in me will draw many fish to me.

My supply is there -- I gain momentum -- I stoke my fire -- I break the coldness and the waters -- as I dwell in the Holy Spirit.

God is advancing me ahead -- even into a place of glory to glory as I move forward in my Christ calling.
