  1. Job 33:4, "The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty has given me life." When God breathes in us and upon us, we are receiving His inspiration. Our goal in worship is not just to sing a song to God but to get to such a place of intimate connection that inspiration takes place where we receive a deposit from Heaven. The result of being inspired by God brings us into alignment with His thoughts, His heart and brings a flow of true worship in our lives. He is looking for those who want to be "one" with Him in worship. God wants to enjoin Himself with us in such a way that Heaven on earth will be manifested. The voice of God being released through us in worship causes the angels of God to be activated, ushering a greater realm of His glory in our midst. Prophetic worship is not only something that flows from our intimacy with the Lord, but also aids our lives and Christ calling through activating angels of breakthrough – it will be revolutionary for us giving us victory from glory to glory. Where are you needing breakthrough? Spend time in that prophetic expression of worship both personally and holding all that concerns you before Him. 1 Corinthians 1:9, "God is faithful, and by Him you were called to the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord." 2. The passionate pursuit of God will deliver you from the religious mindsets that attempt to bind and hinder you. Find freedom and victory as you move into a powerful place of pursuit in the Holy Spirit. Find the high places of the Holy Spirit! Faith is the foundation for our authority. Believing the words of scripture is essential for our faith to be alive and active. God wants to release His people from condemnation, fear, and shame. These are the foes of authority. They keep people hunkered down in a place of guilt. Realize the power of the Blood of Jesus. Repent and understand your rightful place of authority. Much of what people experience is "false guilt" for things that have been forgiven a long time ago. Give glory to God by magnifying the Blood of Jesus and the power that abides here. Realize that His Blood is much more powerful than your past. Believe His forgiveness, be aware of your restoration, and move into God's purpose for your life. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  3. In Acts 26:16, when Saul met Jesus in the explosive glory fire, Jesus "appointed" him to bear witness of Him. The Lord is releasing a glory fire (fire of the Lord that brings sudden breakthrough and divine turnarounds) as in the days of Saul, and out of that fire He is "appointing" a generation of the Sons of Thunder (see Mark 3:17). Thunder (in the reference in Mark 3), in the Greek means to roar. These Sons of Thunder, who will be released throughout the earth, will roar with the voice of God and shake the earth. They will walk in power and turn the world upside down for the Kingdom. "Who has an arm like God? Or can thunder with a voice like His?" (Job 40:9) "The voice of thunder was in Your whirlwind, the lightnings illumined the world; the earth trembled and shook." (Psalm 77:18) "But the thunder of His power who can understand?" (Job 26:14) With these three Scriptures we see that Thunder refers to the voice of God, the earth shaking, and His power. GET READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT -- YOUR HIGH CALLING IN CHRIST This glory fire will be released on Believers who are praying and believing for divine turnarounds and breakthrough in their own lives. But in this breakthrough they will be released into new levels of the expression of His heart -- an appointment greater than they first expected, for this appointment is to be a Son of Thunder! For those that have been through the wilderness of humility and the fires of faith, the Lord can trust with the thunder of His voice and power. They are a vessel ready to be catapulted into moving forward in their Christ Calling in explosive fire and glory that will bear fruit that remains for His advancing Kingdom. THE GLORY FIRE OF DIVINE TURNAROUND -- PENETRATING HEARTS! "Divine Turnaround" is where a situation is heading in a certain direction, with a predicted outcome, and that situation is suddenly intervened upon by a divine supernatural force that causes the outcome to be the opposite. Paul was in unbelief when he was on the road to Damascus. It was only the glory fire of God that penetrated his hard heart and brought him to his knees. Sometimes we think things are hopeless and impossible, we think our circumstances are unfixable or our loved ones are unchangeable; but one encounter with the glory fire and everything is turned around. This glory fire will pour out over the Believer and unbeliever alike. These unbelievers are ones that have had prayers prayed over their lives for seasons upon seasons, and now the Lord is interrupting their course like He did with Saul and changing the course and direction of their lives. He is penetrating the darkness they are in by His glory fire, calling them into His heart, and setting them on course for Him. THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH "And he will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn back the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient and incredulous and unpersuadable to the wisdom of the upright [which is the knowledge and holy love of the will of God] – in order to make ready for the Lord a people prepared [in spirit, adjusted and disposed and placed in the right moral state]." (Luke 1:17 AMP) The Spirit of Elijah mentioned in Luke 1, is an anointing of fire that brings restoration and reconciliation. It is an anointing that turns the tables and draws those that are distant from God into the heart of their Father. This explosive glory fire of divine intervention will draw a hard-hearted, unbelieving generation into the wisdom of the upright, according to Luke 1:17 – to LOVE the PURPOSE of God for their lives. These ones will prepare the way of the Lord, preparing a people made ready for His coming. We are now in the days of divine turnaround, of wrongs being made right, of courses of destruction being turned to mirror life and life abundantly. Get ready for your loved ones to come into the Kingdom and be appointed as a Son of Thunder! For God has not forgotten them and His arm is not short that it cannot save. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  4. "be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord..." Ephesians 5:18-21 This season is going to be a season of saturation and impartation of the Holy Spirit. It's time to get SATURATED! Drink well of the Holy Spirit. Welcome the Holy Spirit. Don't be casual, but be intentional about being radical for God's Spirit to saturate your life. After Jesus was resurrected from the dead He spoke to His disciples saying, "Go and wait in Jerusalem until you receive power from on high" (Luke 24:49). He was telling His disciples not to try to do things in their own flesh, but to wait. Waiting can really be the "hardest part"? Believers typically don't like to wait. Jesus was making the point that apart from Him we can do nothing. Our dependency upon the Lord is crucial for us to have "overflow" in our lives. God wants us to be effective in our Christ identity as we bear fruit that remains for His Kingdom and moving from glory to glory. As we are stirred in our Christ calling we will implement and witness impartation from one person to another. When God floods our lives there is an overflow that passes from one person to another. Religion and bad teaching has made people believe they have nothing to give. When God pours into you His manifested tangible presence. Believe that you have something to give. Don't be shut down by the tentacles of religion. Find freedom in faith knowing that God's presence and glory is in you and is "transferable." ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  5. Acts 16:16 - "One day, as we were going to the house of prayer, we encountered a young slave girl who had an evil spirit of divination, the spirit of Python. She had earned great income for her owners by being a fortune-teller." Paul and Silas were on their way to the house of prayer but were sidetracked in their path by a slave girl. The spirit of Python seeks to distract and then enslave. Its objective is to distract those on their way to prayer; those who are on their way to implement their CALLING. It wants to keep you out of the secret place through annoyances and disturbances thereby garbling your connection to God’s Spirit. It will throw circumstances and diversions your way to have you focused on the "noise" and in turn draw you away from going to the Father in prayer. Python operates through false prophecy and counterfeits. Verse 18 says: "She kept following us, shouting, 'These men are servants of the Great High God, and they're telling us how to be saved!'" The spirit of Python will scorn you personally, it will mock the call of God on your life, and have you question if the dreams in your heart are possible. It will shout over you relentlessly until, just like Paul, you become weary and greatly frustrated. It will accuse you in the public forum and it will have people surround you with lies and judgments. Python will also seek to expose you, strip you and beat you until you are raw (see Acts 16:22). Its intention is to rob you and divert you from your Kingdom advancing DESTINY; coiling its lies around your heart until finally you are enslaved in its chains, rendering you unable to produce Kingdom fruit that remains.. But you do not need to fear! "For greater is He within you than he who is in this world" (see 1 John 4:4). KEYS TO VICTORY OVER THE SPIRIT OF PYTHON: #1. SPEAK YOUR AUTHORITY Refrain from speaking negatively about the circumstances around you. Don't be distracted by the noise of it. Instead, focus on your Christ identity and declare your victory through His name. Paul showed us how to firmly turn towards the attack (see Acts 16:18) and ultimately away from the distraction; commanding it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12:11 says, "They triumphed over him by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..." . One of your greatest weapons is the word of your testimony. By declaring the name of Jesus, His Blood makes you (as a son or daughter of the Most High God) inherently victorious over the enemy every single time, but you need to SPEAK YOUR AUTHORITY. #2. LIFT UP YOUR VICTORY SONG! If you have been beaten down and the coils of despair have been strangling the life out of your dreams and hopes, then it is time to sing. Despite what circumstances have come against you, your song of worship to the Father is a warfare tool of Heaven to burst through the atmosphere of heaviness. See rivers of living water flowing out of your heart towards the Father as you worship Him. In Acts 16:24, we see Paul and Silas in the after-throws of their battle with Python, bound by their hands and feet in prison. The Passion Translation says they were "undaunted". They began to sing and it was their songs of worship that captivated an entire jail of prisoners. In verse 26, it tells us: "Suddenly, a great earthquake shook the foundations of the prison. All at once every prison door flung open and all the chains of all the prisoners came loose." Your song of victory before the breakthrough comes literally shakes the foundations of the ground and sky; causing every chain that has restrained you to come unstuck and every door that has confined you to come unlocked. Psalm 108:2 says, "Awake, O my soul, with the music of His splendor. Arise my soul and sing His praises! I will awaken the dawn with my worship, greeting the daybreak with my songs of light!" Your song will cause the light to burst through the night. #3. SHAKE IT OFF! In Acts 28:3, Paul encounters another snake, but this time a physical one. As he was gathering a pile of brushwood for the fire, a venomous snake latched onto his hand. In verse 5 it says, "But Paul shook off the snake into the fire and was unharmed." Among the very few natural predators of a python is an eagle. They have distinct ways of attacking the snake—especially if it is in pursuit of eaglets in their nest. They will shake it vehemently or drop it from a great height. They show the snake no mercy—and neither should you! Acts 4:31 gives us a confounding account of the manifestations of what prayer can do: "After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly" . Expectant prayer literally shakes off the attacks from your life and drops the snake into the fires of God. All of the prisoners that were with Paul and Silas that day were set free; along with the jailer and his entire family who gave their hearts to Jesus. Your breakthrough is not just for you, but for others. Those around you who have been in captivity and are lost are meant to be freed through your breakthrough as well. It is time to speak to the problem, turn your affections towards the Father, and command Python to leave in the name of Jesus! As you pray and lift your songs of worship, you will see a breaking through of the night season and the shaking off of all that has been opposing you. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  6. "For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you." - Isaiah 60:2 He's rising upon you right now! You have purpose in His Kingdom; what you do with this seed and in 2024 will be determined by you. If you keep the seed (your destiny, business, family) in your hands, God cannot activate the fullness of His blessings and goodness. This year, determine in your soul (your mind, will, and emotions) that this is the year you succeed in all that you do. Speak to the mountains and the circumstances in your life. Decree and speak into those things that have not yet happened that they will. Many have settled for the status quo for far too long, barely getting by. This new season will be just that: new and refreshing. You will step into God's purpose for your life. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  7. You are invited by the Lord to leave your place of comfort and small thinking. You align yourself with the wrong people, the wrong future, and the wrong places because it's comfortable. But it's never comfortable to be courageous and move forward in life. God is inviting you into a battle of internal transition. He is going after a retreating spirit that is empowered by the fear of pain, confrontation, shame, and the fear of people. Your own will and heart cannot give up now; you must march on into this battle. He will fight for you and cause the external transition, but you have to agree to it. Transitions must happen internally so that external transitions can be sustainable. God is not asking you to make these internal transitions of the mind and heart on your own; He is inviting you to join Him in the battle that He is fighting for you. He has gone before you, just as He went before Deborah and Barak (Judges 5:15-21). He invited them to engage in a battle where He was waiting to confuse their enemies and bring about a great deliverance for His people. The Lord released angelic forces to help Deborah and Barak. You are not alone as you march forward, for the Lord has released His army to help you. As you choose to transition internally and march forward, you are not alone. As you align with God and His partnership, He will confuse your demonic enemies. Declare over your soul with Deborah, "March on, my soul; be strong!" ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  8. "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in Me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in Me and believes in Me will never ever die..." John 11:25-26 Jesus, the Son of God, came to manifest what He is and has always been – Resurrection and Life! Jesus did not come to earth to teach about a theory; He was and is forever the resurrection life for everyone who receives Him. Jesus Christ did not only raise the dead, like He did Lazarus, but brought to Believers the revelation of "the resurrection" authority of God that has always existed. "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you." - Romans 8:11 Resurrection and Life is the Spirit deposit from the Father of all those who receive Jesus' gift of eternal life. When we received Jesus, we began carrying the "precious resurrection life" guarantee for everyone on the earth needing "resurrection" everlasting life. This is far greater than just physically being "raised from the dead." In Christ -- "It Is Finished!" Jesus was not crucified and resurrected to "patch our past up" so we could go limping along hoping for a better future! Indeed, when Jesus arose from the dead and manifested in the earth what He already was, resurrection and life, then all our sins were totally forgiven – we are always in right standing with God. This is a tremendous blessing and benefit for those who receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.-- which makes it possible for them to advance God's Kingdom without any hindrance or interruption. "...Because He hath poured out His soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors, and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors." - Isaiah 53:12 The Christ in us makes everything "brand new". LIFE-CHANGING POWER WE NOW HAVE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST TO IMPART TO EVERYONE! Jesus Christ was in the glory of the Father as "The Resurrection" authority when all creation was formed, and then He came to earth to make new all that sin had taken from Abba Father's fellowship. Since the completion of the Cross of Calvary and the "Resurrection Authority with Christ" ultimately triumphing over the enemy and seated at the right hand of God, we now have abundant life forever. We are not given Resurrection Authority to simply miss Hell and go to Heaven. We have come to understand our Christ identity dwelling in us to raise the meaningless, dead existence of the lost into the everlasting vibrant God’s purpose for their life now on earth as it is in Heaven. In Jesus Christ, Believers possess this "Resurrection Authority" within the spirit-person to do even greater works now than Jesus did when He walked upon earth. The enemy does not want Christians operating in this understanding of the "Resurrection Authority." As more Christians use this "Resurrection Power," it will stop the enemy from influencing Believers to settle for "crumbs" of the Lord's goodness rather than bearing fruit that remains for God’s advancing Kingdom through their Christ calling. "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." - John 10:10 "The Lord's loving kindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness." Lamentations 3:22-23 This season is bursting forth with new heavenly hunger blossoms of intimacy with our Father as never known before. The dawning day into our DESTINY -- the new season of the springtime of our lives in this adventurous journey with our Creator Father God. Old things have passed away and behold everything has become brand new! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  9. We are continually reaping a harvest from what we have sown. Sow the goodness of God into the lives of others through your Christ calling and reap a harvest of God's favor. Whatever your life looks like right now—wherever you are in your faith walk—you can begin anew. Recognize your current spiritual output, release it to the Lord (repenting as necessary and breaking any word curses you have spoken), and speak life into every famished place the Spirit of the Lord brings to your heart and mind. Peter denied Christ three times, in John 21 we read about how Jesus showed Peter how to reverse the effect of that by asking him three times, "Do you love Me?" Peter responded, "Yes, three times -- then Jesus gave him what he is called to do in his ministry -- "Feed My sheep" (see verses 15-17). We equip others with the word of God that has to do with their Christ identity -- the bread of life. God wants you to disciple others who have been bound by satan -- into a life where they are advancing in God's purpose for their life and bearing fruit that remains for God's Kingdom --- thereby, making them a world changer. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  10. "Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil. and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives." - Hebrews 2:14,15 At the Cross, Jesus broke the power of sin. When He was resurrected, He destroyed the power of death. "Having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him." - Colossians 2:14,15 He is currently not in either location (the cross or the tomb). Without those two victories we would not have our salvation, but there was something more God was revealing to me. Everything Jesus did in His life, death and resurrection were steps in a journey toward making us available to advance His Kingdom by forgiving all our sins so we would always be in right standing with God, After His redemptive work was complete, Jesus sat down on His Throne and the Father put all things in submission under His feet. Paul wrote about this position of Christ's authority in his magnificent letter to the Ephesians: "I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe Him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made Him head over all things for the benefit of the Church." - Ephesians 1:19-22 NLT WE ARE POSITIONED WITH JESUS There is another reality we need to understand about Christ's Throne. We are positioned with Jesus on His Throne at this very moment. This position in Christ on His Throne is our present-tense heavenly reality. "Even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus." - Ephesians 2:5,6 DUAL-CITIZENSHIP ROLE Paul described our dual-citizenship role to the Philippians when he wrote, "But we are citizens of Heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives" (Philippians 3:20). This finished work of Jesus gave us the authority to conduct His Kingdom business from two realms. We can accomplish Kingdom business on earth because we are able to release the authority of Heaven back to earth from our position in Christ on His Throne. This understanding can change everything we do, especially how we pray. We can only conduct Heaven's business on earth if we know the heavenly context from which we release our authority in Christ. This Easter, line up the Cross and Tomb with the target of God's Throne. Like a spiritual sighting system, these two sights will align your faith with the place from which your authority to live a resurrected life on earth originates. Early Church Believers would greet each other with the phrase, "He is Risen! He is risen, indeed!" Many still use this greeting on Easter morning. That greeting carries a profound message. It is a message that speaks of a greater purpose—a risen reality—that came about because of an empty Cross, an empty Tomb and an occupied Throne. The reality of our position in Christ seated with Him on His Throne is another reason to celebrate on this special day. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  11. The process you may be going through right now, where God is leading you into something so new that your emotions have felt like a mess. It's where you wake up feeling lost and displaced. It's where you feel moments of being numb and can feel a void of sorts in your soul. It's where you feel such a discontent for what you were once doing, the language you once used, and the vision you once had. You feel like your appetite and affections have somehow shifted overnight, leaving you reeling. What you are feeling is the withdrawal of the Spirit on certain activities and expressions you once held dear. What you need to know is that there is nothing wrong with you and God has not withdrawn His glory from your life, just some of the things you were doing. God is leading you into a season of breaking new ground and building something never seen before. That is why you have been in the deep 'wrestle' and place of emotional turmoil. You are being entrusted as a first-fruit pioneer of this new era. • Don't internalize this moment. Don't take it on like you are here because you did something wrong. • Don't let the enemy lie to you and tell you that you have lost the glory. This is a new mantle moment • Begin to dream with the Lord in the midst of this. Dreams are about to increase and revelation is about to flood your life for leaning in. • Don't get lost in the emotional tug of war, but hang on to the hem of His garment. You are stepping out of your old and broken wings from the seasons behind you and being restored. This is a moment of healing and resurrection for you, where you will go from ground warfare to soaring again. You are moving out of the place of limitation and the old wineskin into the new and fresh move of the Spirit, in Jesus' name! "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (Isaiah 40:31) ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  12. "Go...and see what the land is, and whether the people who dwell in it are strong or weak, whether they are few or many, and whether the land that they dwell in is good or bad, and whether the cities that they dwell are camps or strongholds, and whether the land is rich or poor, and whether there are trees in it or not. Be of good courage and bring some of the fruit of the land." - Numbers 13:18-20 Caleb was a giant slayer in his spirit before he physically conquered any giants. We read the account of the twelve spies scouting out the Promised Land for forty days. Sometimes, God is telling us to go forth into areas ordained for us to go. He goes before us to make a way, and we have a choice to make in that pivotal moment. We have to decide if we are going to partner with God and be of good courage, or if we are going to partner with our flesh and the voice of the enemy. ANOINTING, GLORY AND EVERLASTING FRUITFULNESS The majority of the spies saw themselves as grasshoppers, but Caleb initiated the dream of being a giant slayer. Our perception will determine our level of victory, and it can affect generations following us. The vision goes beyond us, and if it does not then we have not adopted God's dream and God's vision. Perception will deceive you into believing you have lost when you are already promised victory. We have His anointing and His glory, and we are to BEAR EVERLASTING FRUITFULNESS when we abide in the Vine that is Christ. We are to pioneer the way for our children and those we spiritually parent to slay the giants and to take the land for God. A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPIRIT Caleb refused to bow to fear and intimidation. He believed God's calling on his life to lead Israel into the Promised Land. God said of Caleb: "Because he has a different spirit and has followed Me fully, I will bring him into the land into which he went, and his descendants shall possess it" - Numbers 14:24. We are called to have a different spirit about us – the spirit of victory as we continually bear fruit for God’s advancing Kingdom through our Christ calling. We were not created by a God with a grasshopper complex. When you see through the eyes of fire, your perspective changes, and you begin to see that God is using you to disciple a lineage of giant slayers and history-makers. The next generation is being called forth as God sees them and not how we perceive them or what the world says about them. Mature believers and wise parents will desire for the next generation to grab the torch, take up the mantle, and run with the vision. Giant-slayers will produce giant-slayers because they answer the call of God to only believe. As we walk in our Godly CALLING in Christ we declare ourselves to be giant-slayers in the spirit and to mentor a generation. We have the Caleb anointing to walk in unwavering faith and demonstration of the Word of God for a David generation. Naysayers sow nothing but discord and death, but giant slayers make history with God. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  13. Romans 8:33 - "Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies." The book of Job tells us that Satan came to God's throne and complained about Job. (Job 1:6-12) God's throne is the most holy place. So why did God allow Satan to come before Him in the most holy place? Because of Adam's sin, He had the right to take Adam's place and come before God. So, what happened to Job cannot happen to us. Job longed for a mediator, but he had none. (Job 9:33). Today we have Jesus as our Mediator, mediating the New Covenant between God and man. However, since the devil cannot come before God anymore, he comes to you on earth and accuses you in your conscience. Satan cannot come before God to accuse you because it is God who justifies you through the terms of the New Covenant. Jesus' holy blood has given you continual right standing in the presence of God! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  14. "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." - John 7:38 Many needed breakthroughs for the Body of Christ are awaiting the release of this river we carry within. Hearts clogged with unbelief, doubt, and pain through trauma will receive a visitation of His power that will release the wells within. Many in 2024 are going through fiery trials that are strategies from the enemy to cause fear and doubts to arise, to hinder or halt the flow of His Spirit. Many in the Body of Christ do not realize the hugeness and the power of the river they carry within. UNBELIEF AND DOUBT Although the river within each Believer is infinitely powerful, many are not releasing this river as it remains contained within instead of being released as an overflow. Unbelief and doubt have arisen in hearts due to long-standing difficult situations, traumas, and grief that caused their hearts to be wounded. All of these have caused the soil of the hearts of many Believers to become hardened, hindering the flow of the river within. Many Believers, therefore, do not walk in the overflow of His power that they were destined to walk in.to carry Christ calling. His Word, as it is released through affirmation, meditation, AND VISUALIZING THEMSELVES IN HIS WORD, breaks through the rocky soil of the heart, releasing healing to hearts that are wounded and simultaneously causing the river to flow untapped. Jeremiah 23:29 says, "Is not My Word like fire," declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?" RECEIVING HIS ENCOURAGEMENT If you are in a barren place, where you do not feel the overflow of His river within you, the Lord is releasing this encouragement to you: He is your ever present help in trouble. In Psalms 46, He promises that He, Himself, will help you and He will release a river of gladness within you. Psalm 46:4-6 says, "There is a river whose stream makes glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall. God will help her at the break of day." As you become one with His Word, He ministers in the barren and rocky places of your heart. As you do so, His river of joy is released within to break the power of fear and desolation. Hear the Lord's gentle warning to be careful of the condition of the soil of your heart. In Matthew 13:1-23, in the parable of the sower, as the seed was sown in 4 different soils, only one of them bore fruit. The 3 soils that did not bear fruit represented hearts that the enemy stole the Word from as they experienced persecution, trials, and inability to allow the Word the Lord has spoken to them to take root. The soil of the heart that bore fruit was the heart that fully understood and received the Word of the Lord that was spoken to them and did not allow the cares and trials of the world to choke out the Word within them. In essence, a person's ability to release the river of God or anointing within them is determined by the condition of the heart. Though you might be going through trials, these are the very conditions that will allow His river within you to flow as a powerful tsunami. In the natural, a tsunami is caused by a disruption or an earthquake. Supernaturally, the enemy attack that caused a disruption in your life will release the greatest tsunami of His Spirit through your heart as you allow the Lord to heal, strengthen and release His river within you! 15. In Jesus' wilderness experience, what was satan's First point of Attack.? Answer: His identity in the Father What was Jesus' defense against spiritual warfare? Answer: His oneness with His Father identity supported by scripture. What is your best defense when you enter a spiritual battle? Answer: Your oneness with your Christ identity supported by scripture. What are some examples of satanic points of attack? Feelings of unworthiness Feelings of condemnation and guilt from previous sins. Belief that you are not spiritual enough. Haven't been spending enough time with God. Feeling of avoidance (wanting to run away from the situation) If you were moving in your Christ identity would any of these be a problem? What are some of the characteristics of the promises satan will present? Rational, logical, sound, credible, plausible, imaginable Convenient, sensible, realistic, practical, achievable, accomplishable, realizable Satan always comes as the solver of problems. 16. "For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed." (Roman 8:19) You were made for this time. God will open up doors for you that no man can close, and that you will realize His dreams, purposes, and calling in your life. You are the missing piece that this world needs -- never believe the lie that you are not. God had confounding plans for you. Keep believing. Have faith and have courage. You were made to shine. You are not alone, and the best is yet to come! There is something new emerging. The breaking of an old mold is taking place. Like a caterpillar in a cocoon, it is not comfortable. You can't see what is out there. It feels dark. Something is happening inside you and around you that does not feel like anything you've ever felt. New oil is being released and is about to fill your life. All that you have longed for is inside of you. Sounds, light, songs, fragrance, and freedom are about to come alive in you and all around you. You are here to usher in the GLORY of the LORD that has never been seen before! "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.....the LORD rises upon you and His glory appears over you." (Isaiah 60:1-2) "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9) ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  17. Matthew 14:28-31 -- 28 Peter said to Him, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29 And He said, “Come!” And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!” 31 Immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and took hold of him, and *said to him, “You of little faith, why did you doubt?” Just like Peter, 2024 is the season that many people need to step out of their comfort zone and the normality of life. Peter had to leave the boat, where everyone was, to get closer to Jesus. When you are on a body of water, especially in a storm, the safest natural place to be is in a boat. But when Jesus says, "COME," you will be compelled to step out of what seems comfortable and safe for you. As soon as Peter stepped out of the boat, he had to step out onto the word of Jesus. Whenever you have your stepping out moment, step out onto the words God has spoken over your life. When God calls us to Himself, He wants us to walk deeper with Him. Any step toward God is a step in the right direction. In James 4:8, God promises, "Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you." STEP UP Once you step out and start walking out the prophetic words God has spoken over your life, you begin an incredible, life-altering journey with the Lord. Once you have stepped out, then you step up into a new season of your life. God has called us to step out of the normality of life to receive a greater revelation from Him and deeper wisdom to step up higher in this new season. God has an awesome plan to elevate us to a place of increase and favor where He can use our life, gifts and calling for His purpose and the Kingdom of God. STEP ON THE WATER OF FAITH While Peter was on the journey from the boat to Jesus he started to sink. He was right in the middle between the other disciples, which can mean "the crowd" and Jesus. Jesus was looking at Peter wanting him to draw closer, to show him that he was able to do everything which Jesus was going to do. Behind Peter, some of the disciples were probably saying things like, "The wind is blowing hard and the waves are getting high. Do you think he can make it much longer?" The same is true with us. When we step out into a new facet of God’s purpose for our life, so many people will say negative and doubting things. But if we keep our eyes on Jesus and step on the water in faith, we will continue the journey, taking each step on the Word of God. When Peter took his eyes off of Jesus, he took his eyes off of the supernatural. When God calls you to do something supernatural, you can never look at the natural or listen to naturally-minded people. If you look at things in the natural, you will not be able to accomplish the supernatural, perfect plan that God has for your life. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  18. "He refreshes and restores my soul (life); He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake." (Psalm 23:3, AMP) If you are a Believer who is experiencing discouragement, wondering if God is ever going to send you a breakthrough, do you not know that your dry place has a purpose? Don't listen to the lies of the evil one, telling you that things will never change. He is a liar! Jesus Himself was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. It was that desert place that became the Lord's launching pad into His public ministry. You, too, will come out of your dry desert and be launched into your Christ calling! God says to you now, "Take authority over the spirit of fear. Fear is not a feeling. It is a spirit, and it is from the evil one -- let your faith arise." "'Yes indeed, it won't be long now -- GOD'S Decree. 'Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won't be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. (Amos 9:13-14) MSG ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  19. The Lord challenges many in coming out of familiar places into new territory. It is part of the reality of coming into that "Promised Land" (God’s purpose for your life) that so many are hoping and praying for as Believers in Christ. It is up to US to take that step of faith out of our familiar comfort zones and into that which we have never encountered before. We also determine when and how we access our destiny by stepping out of the familiar into the unfamiliar. That's where He is waiting for us. STEP OUT IN FAITH That which many of us seek will only be found in Unfamiliar Places. He is encouraging us to step out in faith and be willing to get uncomfortable – for that is what it will take to break us free from the familiar spirits that are keeping us bound to our past. Abraham was invited to Unfamiliar Places (Genesis 12:1). He didn't hesitate – he just went. His hunger to know His God outweighed that which was familiar to Him. He was willing to leave everything he knew in order to satisfy the longing within his spirit for something "more" (Hebrews 11:10). We have to overcome our fears of reprisal and fears of failure. There is a "performance anxiety" that cripple some in the Body of Christ due to an unseen need to please people. For still others, there are God-given opportunities you have been given that seem "out of your league." IT'S TIME TO BREAK FREE AND BREAK OUT! This is not just an exercise of faith, but a matter of spiritual hunger. Our focus is truly on coming to understand and implement God’s calling on our life. As we are looking for this "new thing" that God is about to do, we must step out of the boat, jump off the cliff, and come out of the cave. It is our faith in God and our expectation that will cause Heaven to respond. We should not be waiting for Him, for He is waiting on us. Pray for a greater spiritual hunger and desperation to arise in your heart and fuel your journey as you plan to advance and bear fruit for His Kingdom. It's OK to feel uncomfortable. It's actually an indicator that His Spirit has already begun to draw you. Accept His invitation, follow His lead, and don't look back. The true adventure is only just beginning! "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." - Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  20. Jesus declared that the gates of Hell would not prevail against you (the Church), and gave the keys of the Kingdom to His disciples (you) – the authority to bind and loose! "I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven." (Matthew 16:19) Do not fear adverse worldly circumstances and conditions; Jesus has the keys to death and Hell (Revelation 1:8)! The enemy wants to keep you in fear so you will stop advancing the Kingdom of God through your Christ calling! You are to move from glory to glory as you take ground for the Kingdom. Do not believe the lies of the devil and his demons; they have no authority in your life – except what you give them! Speak to every mountain in faith and they will move (Matthew 17:20)! God has the final word. Press into Him and speak His words towards the vision that He has put in your heart -- they will accomplish the purpose for which He sent them (Isaiah 55:11). The angels are waiting to hear His words (spoken by you) so they can perform them (Psalm 103:20)! ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  21. "So Jesus said to them again, 'Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.'" - John 20:21 Possessing what belongs to us requires change. Unless we choose to progressively walk beyond our own mindsets, we remain where we're at presently in life. Regardless of our position in society, mindsets are often the greatest key to breakthroughs. If we're not moving forward, it's likely that we need to do a little homework. "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." - Proverbs 23:7 We may discover how we've been thinking has been hindering our own progress. We must be progressive in our UNDERSTANDING. We attract what we think. We must focus from God's perspective – the Kingdom elevating assignment that He is giving to us. We create the environment as co-creators with God. We take the heavenly perspective and begin to make it the standard. We gain ground as we forge ahead producing Kingdom fruit. POSITIVE VS. NEGATIVE MINDSETS Mindsets and focus are two things God wants to change for you. Don't focus on what you don't have or what you cannot do. Start co-creating with your Creator. Mindsets can be positive or negative. They can be a positive or a negative stronghold. Proper mindsets, based on scripture that gives you UNDERSTANDING of your Christ identity, will change your thinking into being positive. He has positioned us to challenge our negative mindsets so they are converted into positive mindsets through new experiences that rewrite the old outcome. EXPECT FAVOR AND THE MIRACULOUS He is raising up a passionate people in 2024 who are focused on living according to the Kingdom of God. Get ready for God to move you out of the confines and limitations of what you have experienced in the past. God is sending you. Answer His sending. Pursue the things God has been speaking to you to advance His calling on your life. It's no longer time to ponder. It's now time to possess. Your provision is in following through in your next course of action. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  22. AFTER DEATH COMES RESURRECTION There are a people hearing the sound and they are rising, coming out of graves where strongholds and circumstances have kept them bound – not coming to understand and implement God’s purpose for their lives. The cry of the Lord can be heard -- "Be loosed and arise to life, to the upward call in Christ." Come out of the crucible of fire and be prepared as an agent of transformation. You are a container of God's glory, carrying the treasures, goods, and supplies of the Kingdom to a parched Earth. You are an exceptional vessel, with a specialized call and a matchless container God has fashioned just for you. Let your light shine, let your container fulfill its calling as you disciple and equip other believers in their Christ identity, preparing the highway for our God! "Listen! It's the voice of someone shouting, 'Clear the way through the wilderness for the LORD! Make a straight highway through the wasteland for our God!'" - Isaiah 40:3 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  23. We have an enemy who wants open access to our lives...and we have angelic hosts to guide, guard, and protect us here on the earth (Psalm 91:11, Psalm 34:7). As we become more aware of both, while living in this day and time, living a lifestyle of victory becomes our daily norm. "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them." - Psalm 34:7 Distraction can be a hindering spirit sent to draw us away from our God-given assignment and is a decoy sent to interrupt the flow of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Distraction can be described as a diversion sent to lead us off course, or something dividing our loyalties away from the will of God. Distraction is a ploy by the enemy to delay the carrying out of your next assignment in fulfilling God’s purpose for your life. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." - John 10:10 NEHEMIAH'S DISTRACTION In Nehemiah Chapter 6, Nehemiah had all but finished the wall of Jerusalem, except for installing the doors to the gates of the city. When the enemies of Judah realized that Nehemiah had completed the restoration process, they plotted against Nehemiah to stop his progress. In Nehemiah chapter six, scripture says there was an entrance left open for the enemies of Judah to pass through and enter the city. When we leave an open door for our adversary to enter in wherever he pleases, he is more than willing to oblige us by occupying our unguarded territory with his presence. One of the keys to closing off unwanted spiritual warfare is to check the gates of our city! When access to the enemy is denied, there's no room for him to wreak havoc. We are careful to protect our ear gate, eye gate, heart gate, and mouth gate -- not giving the devil an occasion (Ephesians 4:27). POSSESSING THE GATES OF OUR ENEMIES To possess the gates of our enemies means to conquer and defeat our adversaries by the power of the Holy Spirit. The word "possess" is the Hebrew word "yaras" which means to drive out previous tenants, cast out, succeed, to expel, and to utterly dispossess. God has given us all power and authority over the enemy, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against us (the Church) (Matthew 16:18-19). VOCALLY AFFIRM YOUR BREAKTHROUGH We occupy a place of authority by making declarations of breakthrough followed by action that displaces the kingdom of darkness and bears fruit for God’s Kingdom, thereby casting out the works of darkness wreaking havoc and disarming the enemy at the gate! In 2024 it is the time to fully understand and exercise your Christ identity and possess the gates of your enemies. Blessing and multiplication are your portion. What the enemy meant for evil, God is turning around for His good. "Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the Heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore, and your descendants shall possess the gates of their enemies." - Genesis 22:17 ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  24. "So may all Your enemies perish, Lord! But may all who love You be like the sun when it rises in its strength..." - Judges 5:31 There is a rising coming for the Body of Christ – a rising within Him, in His ways and in His love to understand our freedom in Christ. We are rising up in the glory of the Son. A "rising" can also mean a revolution or revolt – it is time to rise up and push back the powers of darkness trying to encroach and violate our lives! We are being called to rise up and take our places in history; to rise up and seize the day. We are being called to rise to the occasion for which we were created (God's PURPOSE for our life). Rise to believe that you can overcome as you advance His Kingdom in the earth because much greater is He that lives in you – the One who has overcome the world – than the ruler of the Kingdom of darkness who is under your feet! The force that is holding the world together lives inside of us! With the grasping of this truth comes the revelation that you can change and affect the lives of others and nothing is or can be impossible to those who believe in Him. ALBERT FINCH MINISTRY
  25. Only with God-given discernment can we tell apart the good and evil influences that surround us. We often come up against "demonic influences". This influence is a spiritual force that twists and taints and pollutes God's ways. It is like a spider web, and people get stuck -- writhing in their captivity, they act out of a "web mentality". Religious spirits endeavor to interfere with the free flow of the Holy Spirit in the lives of Believers. They can be hard to discern precisely because they are religious; they are pious, even hyper-spiritual. Their influence can pervade a person's life and church -- like yeast pervades a lump of dough. That's why Jesus said, "Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees" (Matthew 16:6). In New Testament times, the Pharisees were the watchdogs of religious purity, chastising any Jewish person who transgressed even slightly, promoting the perfectionistic performance of their strict interpretation of the requirements of the law of Moses. They held to "a form of godliness, although they...denied its power" (2 Timothy 3:5). JESUS HAS SECURED OUR ACCEPTANCE Generally, the religious spirit promotes a works-based or performance-based lifestyle. Although the Cross of Jesus has made performance-based religion a thing of the past, the religious spirit likes to keep it alive so that people will labor under a triple burden of guilt, fear, and pride. Every person on earth rightfully seeks a sense of acceptance, but the religious spirit keeps the ultimate acceptance—God's—just out of reach. The motivation of a religious spirit demands that we need to earn God's approval. By His death and resurrection, Christ Jesus has secured our acceptance with the Father once and for all as we are always in right standing with God, we place our faith in Him. SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT Yet when we live and breathe in an environment tainted by the religious spirit, it is difficult for us to discern that we're being affected by that demonic influence. It can be easier to spot the religious spirit in someone else, and to judge them, than it is to recognize it in ourselves. We need to discern and look out for FIVE TELLTALE ATTITUDES: 1) Legalism, 2) Criticism, 3) Debate, 4) Opinion, and 5) Judgment. Let's apply that measure to ourselves and take the log out of our own eyes instead of pointing out the splinters in others' eyes. (Matthew 7:4-5.) Watch out for the big THREE EARMARKS OF THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT : 1) Guilt, 2) Fear, and 3) Pride. A proud demeanor often masks the fearful, insecure soul of someone who is trying desperately to make the grade. Yet looking for security within oneself just perpetuates the anxiety, because self-centered security is such a poor substitute for God-centered security. In contrast, God's grace shines where His Word is made real to our spirit. That will make more of an impact for the Kingdom than perfectionism ever would, and will empower us to equip the body of Christ in their Christ identity, their right standing with God, and walking in the Spirit. THE HOLY SPIRIT -- OUR HELPER IN DISCERNING THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT As passionate Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, we are each called to be "Worshipper of God and Deliverers of Men." As we worship God and surrender ourselves to Him through affirming and meditating on Christ identity scriptures (becoming one with His Word). He meets us with a revelation of our calling in Christ. As we ask the Holy Spirit to cast His light on the hindrances that keep us from receiving and discerning His revelation and acting upon it, He answers our prayers and sets us free, and we are inspired and spiritually driven to give away what we have received.
