  1. So if this Abomination is the antichrist setting up at the temple or some other holy spot around Jerusalem, do you think this character will be Jewish or Muslim or what? I can't imagine inthe political enviroment there right now that any other race or religion would stand a chance of gaining the support to build such an idol in the Holy land.

  3. What is this Abomination of desolation metioned in Matthew and Mark (with notes to tell us to understand or heed this carefully)? I am not understanding what it might mean.
  4. Oh yes. I had noted that mention of birds and it astually confirmed what I'd already been noticing about birds and beasts elsewhere. I am reading the Bible in a year, first time through, sometimes it sems like it's talking about history, other times it is describing the spirit world, and the birds and beasts tend to come up in these pictures.
  5. whatsitmean I didn't find any birds in Matthew 13! Could you be more specific?
  6. In Mark when Jesus is being tempted in the wilderness, He was up against Satan and wild beasts. The birds of the air that devour fleshly planted seeds in the sowing of the word parable I believe are demons. In Revelation 18 bound in the prison are Satan, and birds, and demons. (Forgive me I do not have my Bible in hand, am drawing from memory). I encounter phrases about birds and beasts frequently that I believe are demons, it makes it interesting to read these references in this light. In the Books of the Prophets in the OT, one of God's judements is to leave people out in an open field and let the wild beasts and birds devour them (therefore there is no hedge of protection--open field--from these powers of the darkness), or will put cities to ruins and allow the birds and beasts to reside there. The tree in Nebuchenezzar's dream in Daniel had birds of the air nesting and beasts of the field in it's shade. I agree that by no means all of the references to birds or beasts are speaking of demons, but many do.
  7. And we are to be like trees planted by the rivers of water..... Psalm 1:3 ....like gardens by the riverside, like aloes planted by the Lord, Like cedars beside the waters...... Numbers 24:6
  8. I also am inspired by the teens in our church. They are on fire!!! Also the little ones, my 3 year old has taught me much about the Lord, she is most definitely annointed. She even washed my feet one day with the hose when I was working in the garden! She moved me to tears with that sweet and humble act. She has also called on the Lord for healing and recieved it. At 3 years old! Praise the Lord for this generation, He will raise up a mighty army that will lift up a standard against the enemy. A sign of the times, no doubt! It's exciting!
  9. Do you think that the 'birds' of the air and the 'beasts of the field' represent demons in the Bible? Time and time again I come across these phrases and it seems every time they could be interpreted as demons, and it gives interesting revelation to those scriptures.
  10. Thank you Mel, I am in agreement with you, as the more I study the scriptures the more I see that God delights in obedience, so we must ask ourselves obedience to what?

    Who is Judah?

I'm curious about this question too. Who is Judah, who is Israel in today's revelation of prophecy??
