In addition to being the pastor of A God Send Ministries, I am the founder and owner of The Russell Consulting Group (RCG). RCG offers a variety of consulting services in the areas of business administration, management and training to churches, business and self-employed persons. These services include, but are not limited to, consulting and organizational interventions with recommendations on organizational design and development, training and assistance in managing personnel, budget, projects, human resources planning and administration, training of teachers and leaders on all levels, consultation to all level managers in the areas of planning, staffing, organizing, and directing, writing strategic plans, design of logos; graphic layout and typing of bulletins, programs, flyers, brochures and correspondence; design of training for teachers, leaders, administrative and office personnel; transcribing, course design, event planning, IRS issues, non-profit filing and any other assistance that is needed.
