Imre was shackled for the brief court appearance, and did not say anything. The divorced mother of a 7-year-old girl, is accused of assaulting her daughter's playmate. An investigation began in September, after the boy's mother discovered a letter Imre had written her son, police said. In the letter, police said Imre told the boy that she doesn't "want anyone but you. Now tomorrow it's supposed to rain, you can come over we can (you know what)." 4. http://www.nbc10.com/news/3890831/detail.html LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. -- U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg on Friday called for a Washington D.C. National Guard unit to halt all operations in New Jersey until it determines how and why an F-16 jet strafed an Ocean County school with 20mm cannon fire. Calling the actions of the pilot "totally incomprehensible," Lautenberg, D-N.J., asked the District of Columbia Air National Guard to suspend all training operations over New Jersey skies until an investigation into Wednesday's mishap is completed. The senator also demanded a "guarantee that nothing like this can ever happen again." A spokesman for the unit, Capt. Sheldon Smith, did not return telephone messages seeking comment Friday. New Jersey National Guard officials referred all inquiries to the 113th wing, which is based at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, which is where the jet came from. Also, NBC 10 now has photos of shell holes in a New Jersey school's roof that came from the shooting on Wednesday.

  6. http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/497284.html Sources at the French military hospital where Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat has been receiving treatment on Thursday denied reports that the 75-year-old Arafat has died, but described his medical state as "complex." "Mr. Arafat is not dead," Christian Estripeau, a spokesman for the Percy Military Training Hospital in Clamart outside Paris, told a news conference in a brief statement. "The clinical situation following the first days after [Arafat's] admission has become more complicated. The state of health of the patient requires appropriate treatment which necessitated his transfer during the afternoon of Wednesday, November 3, to a unit suitable for his condition," Estripeau said. Channel One quoted senior Israeli sources as saying Thursday that Arafat was clinically dead. Click here to make your point on how Arafat's departure would affect the Middle East Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker had said Thursday that Arafat died in hospital. "[He] passed away 15 minutes ago," Juncker told reporters on arrival at a European Union summit in Brussels when asked what he knew about Arafat's condition. Juncker later retracted his statement, after speaking to French President Jacques Chirac. Earlier Thursday, French officials and a French radio station, Radio Monte Carlo, had reported the Palestinian leader's death. The reports were denied by PA officials, including Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia and senior adviser Mohammed Rashid. According to reports from Percy Military Hospital, Arafat is in critical condition, and his days are numbered. According to estimates, Arafat is suffering from either a growth in his intestines or stomach, or from blood poisoning. A source quoted on French television said that Arafat is breathing with the help of a respirator and is not responding to medical treatment that is being administered. The source, a doctor in the hospital, claims that Arafat has no chance of coming out of the coma. The doctor, who asked to remain anonymous, said that in the past three years Arafat's health has been neglected, which led to its deterioration.
  7. The gates are the only material in the new city that will come from the ocean they will be made of pearl, every thing else would be made from things on land such as the foundations and the streets. The pearl is formed in an oyster when a grain of sand gets into it's shell, that grain of sand actually hurts the oyster so he secretes a fluid around the sand and eventually you get a pearl that is formed. All that we were was a hurt in the side of Christ but he made a beautiful bride from that! The pearl will be a reminder of that throughout eternity!
  8. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6402008/ PARIS - A hospital official in France on Thursday denied reports that Yasser Arafat had died as the result of an undisclosed illness. As has been the case since he was hospitalized last Friday, reports about the 75-year-old Arafat's condition differed sharply A report on Israel's Channel Two quoted Israeli security officials as saying they had been told by a reliable French source that Arafat had died. Monte Carlo radio also reported that Arafat was "clinically dead" and Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker said in Belgium that he had been informed of Arafat's death, though his office later said his comment was the result of a "misunderstanding." The reports prompted a spokesman for the Percy Military Training Hospital outside Paris to issue a denial. ‘His condition became more complicated’ "Mr. Arafat is not dead," Christian Estripeau said, adding that the Palestinian was transferred to intensive care Wednesday afternoon and was "receiving appropiate treatment." He did not elaborate on the nature of Arafat's illness, saying only that "his condition became more complicated." Sounds like he must be close to dying different reports are circulating out there time will tell.
  9. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20041103/D864CHC00.html Im so happy to see Mr. Bush will be in for 4 more years and to have marriage defined between a man and a women what a day to rejoice! Gay rights activists received a rebuke from the Deep South to North Dakota as voters in 11 states approved constitutional amendments to ban same-sex marriage in a clean sweep for proponents of traditional one-man, one-woman unions. "The results just go to show that the citizens ... clearly understand the value of natural marriage," said Christina Rondeau, director of the North Dakota Family Alliance, a group that supported the amendment. The margin Tuesday in North Dakota was 3-1 in favor - the same as in Georgia and Kentucky as the proposal passed in all 11 states where it was on the ballot. The margin was 6-1 in Mississippi, while the amendment was also approved in Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma and Utah. The issue was put on the ballot in six states through petition drives waged by conservative, church-backed citizens groups. But support of the amendment appeared widespread; in Ohio, it received equal support from men and women, blacks and whites. Gay-rights activists quickly raised the possibility of court challenges in Georgia, Ohio and Mississippi, although supporters predicted the new laws would hold up.

  11. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6329315/ PARIS - Physicians specializing in the treatment of leukemia were examining ailing Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on Saturday to determine whether he suffers from the blood disorder, Palestinian sources said. The 75-year-old Arafat has been sick for the past two weeks and blood tests have revealed he has a low platelet count — a possible symptom of leukemia, other cancers or a number of other maladies. Arafat received a transfusion of platelets shortly after being rushed Friday to France for treatment at the Hopital d’Instruction des Armees de Percy, a military teaching hospital southwest of Paris that specializes in blood disorders and trauma care. Leukemia seen as likely A Palestinian official, speaking to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity, said there was a strong possibility that Arafat was suffering from leukemia and that a team of French physicians specializing in the disorder had examined the Palestinian leader on Friday. “It looks like it’s leukemia,” the official told The AP. “They are trying to find out if in fact it is leukemia, and if so, what type. They are trying to see what is the best way to treat it.” I have no sympathy for this man, I wish everyone could be saved but there is a part of me that wants to also see justice served.

  17. I did some studying on the new city Jerusalem and just how big it will be, It's amazing to consider what the sight will be like, Bible scholars believe the size of it would stretch from miami to newyork and to denver and be just as high! Ponder that for a minute! One day God spoke to me in that still small voice and said consider what i created. the world in it's all it's splendor all the stars and i considered the wonder and glory of it all. Then God reminded me where he says in one of the gospels. Jhn 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jhn 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also. God said if I could make all of what I did in 6 days imagine what I could do in 2000 years Glory to God He is preparing a place I rejoiced that day and had a shoutin fit!
  18. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6363306/?GT1=5472 Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, in a videotape broadcast Friday on Al-Jazeera television, claims full responsibility for the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks in the United States and warns Americans that “your security is not in the hands of Kerry or Bush or al-Qaida. Your security is in your own hands.” White House press secretary Scott McClellan said U.S. intelligence analysts, who were reviewing the tape, believed that the message was authentic and recently shot. U.S. officials told NBC News, however, that there was no plan to raise the terrorist threat level, currently at yellow, or “elevated,” because bin Laden makes no specific threat. A senior official said the main message appeared to be “I'm still here; I’m still standing.” Neither the Qatar-based channel, which aired about one minute of excerpts from the five-minute tape, nor U.S. officials would say how they had received it.

  22. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article....RTICLE_ID=41145 In a letter of clarification requested by a traveling minister, the Internal Revenue Service has declared people gathered in tax-exempt churches can't pray for President Bush to win the election on Tuesday. The ruling comes in response to a request by the Christian Defense Coalition, which is in the midst of a 15-day prayer tour through Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney, director of the organization, had planned to lead in prayer for a Bush victory during evening services in each town. Though he had hoped to hold the services in churches, Mahoney says he has used American Legion halls, hotels and other venues pending a clarification from the IRS. The American Center for Law and Justice wrote the letter to the IRS on behalf of the Mahoney's group, explaining that the pastor planned to "offer prayer during the evening services in the churches he visits that God grants President Bush four more years as president and that Senator Kerry does not become president." "This is rank censorship," Mahoney told WND. "If churches felt compelled to pray for Senator Kerry, they should be able to do that, too. "Now we have the IRS not only limiting what can said behind a pulpit in terms of electioneering, but churches aren't even allowed to pray the dictates of their consciences." Mahoney said he would consider legal action against the IRS, saying churches that had considered hosting the tour were unable to do so. He also said he considers his First Amendment rights to have been violated. Reaction to the IRS ruling, Mahoney predicts, will include "massive anger" in the Christian community. "Our organization, along with the American Center for Law and Justice, is going to make this a major issue," he said.
  23. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,136749,00.html West Bank — Yasser Arafat's (search) health deteriorated Wednesday and a team of doctors went to his compound to examine the Palestinian leader, a Palestinian official said. The 75-year-old Arafat has been ill for two weeks, suffering from what Palestinian officials said was the flu. Israeli officials speculated he might have stomach cancer, but two of Arafat's doctors said Wednesday that a blood test and a biopsy of tissue taken from his digestive tract showed no evidence of cancer in that part of the body. On Tuesday, a hospital official said Arafat was suffering from a large gallstone. The gallstone, while extremely painful, is not life-threatening and can be easily treated, the official told The Associated Press. Late Wednesday, Arafat's condition worsened and doctors were sent to examine him, an official in Arafat's office said. Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia and former Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas were summoned to the compound to meet with Arafat, the official said. The two entered Arafat's room, but other Palestinian officials were kept out, the official said.
