  1. Everybody in this world wants to be loved. If we do not love, if I am not being loved, there would be emptiness in the world around us. Love is to be sincere, genuine, and real. This love is the love of Jesus, the love He gave to the world. We are to love everyone, in other words our neighbour is whom we are to love. And here is the challenge. How am I to love someone whom is difficult to love? How am I to love someone who has only shown hatred? The secret of how to love, is by knowing Jesus in a personal way. Knowing Him is knowing His love, is knowing how to love. He has loved everyone by dying on the cross. My neighbour, is Jesus. When I love my neighbour I am loving Jesus. I am to see Jesus in my neighbour. Only by loving Jesus I am able to love my neighbour. Jesus is my neighbour. Am I loving Jesus? Am I loving my neighbour? In Unity, George Calleja – Malta
  2. Matthew 9:22 Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment. Reflections:- These words are the same words that Jesus says to each and everyone of us, each and everday of our life. Have faith in Him, to be healed, to be set free, to be comforted, to know God in a more personal way. Through your relationship with Jesus, you increase your faith in Him, who will always be by your side. George Calleja – Malta
  3. The word ‘Love‘ is the most precious and important word in any language. This is the way that all of us are to live, by ‘Loving’ the people around us in each moment of our life. The word ‘Love’ is full of wonderful treasures, a way of how to really live in fullness. To understand the depth of ‘Love’ is important for our life. This is possible through knowing Jesus who is ‘Love’, who will help us to understand ‘Love’, and who will guide us to live by ‘Loving’ the people around us. George Calleja – Malta
  4. What is Faith all about? Is it possible in today’s world to have Faith? Many people argue that Faith is outdated, old fashioned, not for the young people and so on. Faith can never be outdated, old fashioned and so on. Having Faith is possible. Having Faith makes a person complete, makes the person whole. A person having Faith, is a person being spiritual close to God. Faith is based on living your life in a close relationship with Jesus Christ the Son of God. My Faith has increased over the years, because I have always sought to live this particular relationship with Jesus. Yes, reading books about Faith, listening to a talk about Faith has also contributed to increase my Faith. But for sure the most important is to have this personal relationship with Jesus, for He has increased my Faith and made me whole. A personal relationship with Jesus helps me to live each moment in my life through His Love, His Grace, His Peace and His Comfort amongst others. This relationship has helped me increasing my Faith, making me able to live fulfilled and not just ‘exist’. Be encouraged, have Faith in Him, and let Him increase your Faith during the coming year. This is possible through your relationship with Jesus, ...... by praying. In Unity, George Calleja – Malta
  5. There are 24 hours in one day. That is 1,440 minutes in one day. One can do a lot of different activities during this time. All this time is a gift from God to each and every one of us. A gift, which at times we do not appreciate enough. This gift, in our eyes could be seen as a lovely gift or a difficult gift to accept. But this is always a special gift from God to us.....the gift of each ‘present moment’. And in each moment of our lives, is the time to love God, to love Jesus, to love our neighbour. The gift of time is precious......to Love. In Unity, George Calleja – Malta

  7. Many books, articles have been written about Jesus. Many films about Jesus have also been done. Also, on the internet one can find endless information about Jesus. All these can help or disrupt you from getting to know Jesus. This depends solely if the source is genuine or not. Getting to know Jesus in a personal way is possible by building a personal relationship with Him. A relationship built through prayer, and of sincerely seeking Him in your life. Pray, pray, pray to really know Jesus in a personal way. Pray to Jesus that He may guide you about the Truth and to reveal to you His Love. Knowing Jesus makes a big difference in life. Be encouraged and know that there are millions of people who really know Jesus and are living a fulfilled life through His Love. You can also be one of those people who know Jesus. Pray, get to know Jesus, and live a fulfilled life. In Peace. George Calleja – Malta
  8. Peace in the world! Is that possible? Is that beyond us? Have you ever thought that you can play your part to bring peace to the world? If only each person really loves and cares for the person next to him in each present moment of life, it will bring peace to the world! If only we really had to love our neighbor as Jesus thought us, yes, it is possible to have peace in the world. You can make the difference in the ‘little’ world you belong to, at work, at school, with your friend! Other people are responsible to make the difference in their ‘little’ world they belong to, in parliament, in politics, with world leaders! If all of us, in whatever ‘little’ world we belong to, we really love our neighbor through the love of Christ……..yes, there will be peace in the world. The important thing is that you decide to take up this challenge to love your neighbor. Ask God for His Grace, His Comfort, and His Love, to make you an instrument of peace! In Peace. 11. Everyday is an opportunity for you to make a difference in society. By your good deeds and help to others, you make the difference in society. People are waiting for your help, by the simple small deed you can give. Take courage, and trust in Him, for He will show you what to do…..out of His love. George Calleja – Malta
  12. John 6:20 But he said to them, “It is I; don’t be afraid.” Reflections:- These are Jesus words to each and every one of us, “It is I; don’t be afraid.” Why at times are we afraid of Jesus? Maybe, He challenges us to change our lives!! Maybe, we are afraid to be different from others!! There is no need to be afraid of Jesus. With His tender loving care, He forgives us, and accepts us back to receive His love, in an intimate personal way. George Calleja – Malta
  13. Luke 6:19 …and the people all tried to touch him, because power was coming from him and healing them all. Reflections:- You might ask, how lucky were those people who met Jesus and got healed? If only you and I were there…..we might have also been healed. But today, now, Jesus is also here. Through the Holy Spirit, just believe, have faith and pray. Jesus will also heal you and me! George Calleja – Malta
  14. Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Reflections:- Do you trust God in your life? Have you ever realized that on trusting Him, God fills you with joy and peace? Also, upon trusting God, He overflows you with hope! You really need a lot of hope to face the challenges in life. So trust in Him. George Calleja – Malta
  15. Nearly every day I get hurt by someone. The hurt could be received from my workmates, close friends, relatives, the shopkeeper………well the list is long! Every time I get hurt I feel that I need to love that person more. I know that Jesus loves that person, even though that person hurts me. Through this love of His, I immediately forgive that person for any hurt caused towards me. When I forgive it makes me feel better………as through love, peace will reign. In Peace, George Calleja – Malta
  16. Have you ever trusted someone with something that is very important to your life? Maybe it was difficult to find a person whom to trust. Or, maybe for some kind of reason you find it difficult to trust someone? Maybe you needed to be comforted and never found that person whom you could share with and trust. And over the years you have never managed to find comfort, help, and guidance to your life, because of lack of trust. For sure there are people whom one can trust to help you with your life. You need to do your part and ask for help. Have you ever thought of the person by the name of Jesus? I know that He really can be trusted. Try and contact Him. Well, he doesn’t have a mobile or an email account to get in contact with. But you can always pray to Him for some advice about life. Trust Him…….He will answer you! In Peace, George Calleja – Malta
  17. Mark 12:30 ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ Reflections:- This is a challenge for your life. Loving God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. Maybe you think that it is impossible to Love God this way. No, it is possible, as Jesus Himself told you how to Love God. What you need to do is to live your life this way, in each of your present moment of life! George Calleja – Malta
  18. Have you ever thought who is your best friend? Maybe, an old school friend, or a friend you play sports with. Well, whoever your friend is, I am sure he means a lot to you. So who do you think my best friend is? Well, he has known me before I was born. He has always attended school with me. My friend has always been beside me in the good and bad times! And most important is that my friend always listens to what I have to say and gives me some very good advice about life. My best friend is Jesus! In Peace. George Calleja – Malta
  19. 1 Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you”. Reflections: Have you ever thought what to do with your worries and anxieties of life? How many times you tried to solve your problems, by our own strength? Many times you failed, maybe you did not understand your failures, and because of this your worries and anxieties become heavier and heavier. Have you ever thought, of casting all your anxiety upon Him, the Lord? At least He cares for you, and knows what you are suffering from. He is waiting to carry your anxiety, and set you free. In Peace to all, George Calleja – Malta
  20. At times we struggle with different things in life. Maybe for some reason we struggle to go to work….or we struggle to love our dear ones! Maybe we also struggle with our faith and find it difficult to believe in Jesus. We struggle to forgive! These struggles together with others make our life burdened and weary. We need to understand that all our struggles have been dealt with by Jesus when He died on the cross for us…for you. Maybe we also struggle to understand this and to believe it. Maybe all these are the result of not having a personal relationship with Jesus, of not letting Him be part of our life, of not giving Him the chance, of not spending time in prayer. This is a reality which a lot of people are living….not letting Jesus be part of their life and trying on their own strength to overcome the struggles. The result being the lack of real peace through love lived between people. Today, Jesus is still the answer to overcome all these struggles in life. We only need to Trust Him and in response He will show us the way. Jesus is waiting for you! In Peace, George Calleja – Malta
  21. Ephesians 2:17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. Reflection:- Peace was preached and presented to you by Jesus. The peace of Jesus was given to you in a personal way by Him. It all depends if you accept this peace or not. Have you ever thought what this peace is all about? Have you ever tried to realize how peace makes a difference in your life? The peace which Jesus gave you is the peace which you are to give to others! George Calleja – Malta

  23. John 20:19 "On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” Reflections: How many times in our life we feel ourselves locked in worries and fear, unable to be free. Maybe, we feel abandoned by our friends, relatives, family, loved ones and God. In these situations, Jesus still loves you and comes to you, calling you by your name, saying "Peace be with you!" In Peace to all, George Calleja – Malta
  24. Acts 20:35 “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive. ” Reflection:- It is very precious when we help the people around us. We must do this out of love, to give to the other person the Love of God. Through our act of help, we give the opportunity to the other person to experience God. We can be a witness of Gods Love by the help we provide to other people. Let us forget the differences we have with the people around us, and focus how to build unity and peace through the help we provide to others. In Peace George Calleja - Malta
  25. Colossians 3:13 “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone.
