  1. I don't know if they are from god or the devil.
  2. What do you think of near death experiences?I don't know what to make of them.
  3. I was referring to the stigmata phenomena in general. So your right davida.
  4. Can you pray for god to give you an out of body experience?
  5. Do you believe that the shroud of turin and stigmata are christian?I am not sure about the shroud of turin. But i believe in stigmata.Because in galatians 6:17 doesn't paul say he has stigmata?
  6. Your right. The person on the site probably meant to pray for why you want lucid dreams so your sure your getting it from god and not the occult.
  7. A Christian should prayerfully examine why he/she wants to experience lucid dreaming. If the motives are pure and include an understanding of the unreliable nature of dreams, it is probably nothing more than a harmless curiosity. It if becomes more than that or involves even the smallest hint of New Age or occult practices, it should be avoided. According to this website lucid dreaming can be good. And in case anybody was wondering the website i went to was this one: https://www.gotquestions.org/lucid-dreaming.html So what do you think? Is lucid dreaming good as long as you pray first?
  8. For all of the people on here who think our soul goes out of existence until god brings us back to life what about this? Genesis 35:18 says, "her soul was departing," not "she was departing." 1 Kings 17:21-22 says, "the child's soul came back to him," not "the child came back." Psalm 146:4 says, "his spirit departs, he returns to the earth." It does not say "he departs, his body returns to the earth." Luke 8:55 says, "her spirit returned and she awoke," not "she returned and awoke." Acts 20:10 says, "his soul is still in him," not "he is still in his body." Also in ps 90:10-12 it says at death we fly away. Notice it says we fly away. Not just "our soul flys away" like in genesis 35:18 says, "her soul was departing," not "she was departing." In ps 90:10-12 it says we fly away at death. Notice at death we fly away. Not just"our soul flys away. Like in genesis 35:18 it says, "her soul was departing" not "she was departing. This makes ecc 12:7 make since when it says our spirit returns to god. By the way i got most of this from here: http://wordonly.net/CI07.html
