  1. I don't judge people like that because all I would be doing is putting my personal prejudice on their reason for not attending. Or attending at special times only and then going mum for ages.

Instead , I look to see what I can learn to better my walk through their example God sent me to see. Or hear about, which is gossip and of no righteous use.

Could that be me? Am I looking at that because that's what I wish I could do? Feel free to avoid Sunday's as much as possible?

Or, maybe it is personal. And then I have to go putting that on me even when I think I'm hearing or seeing God's message for me, or direction for me, I'm still interpreting that through human consciousness that first thinks spirits talk.

  2. Jung-un's rockets aren't being allowed to get off the ground. I would think our intelligence in NK would insure EMP isn't a success either.
I expect to read one day soon that Jung-un died in his sleep. Or that he fled the country and no one knows where he is. As did his second in command.

Thereby delivering a message to those who would rise to take his place not to play the insanity game the same way their so called divine leader did. Un I believe exists because powers that he thinks to threaten allow him to exist. When he becomes a real problem he won't anymore.

The threat of an EMP is greatly exaggerated, especially one that is man made

They have limited range, they have little effect on short wires found in microcircuitry.  Also  EMP damage is is largely diminished underground, and inside cars or steel-framed buildings.   An EMP basically cancels itself out in in  coaxial cables, and does not hurt fiber optics at all.

Yes, I read that entire line of debunking at information week back when the article was published in 2014. http://www.informationweek.com/government/cloud-computing/emp-debunked-the-jolt-that-could-fry-the-cloud/d/d-id/1315481

  4. The men of the board should have shown a little more respect for the widow of their former pastor. Maybe they don't think a woman has a right to preach and this is how they enforce the prohibition. Her husband should have set his affairs in order so this wouldn't happen. That appears to be what allows these men to behave in this way.
And to shame her like that in front of the church is deplorable.

So we had a huge epidemic of flu this year because people would not get their vaccinations. Now we have a problem with measles. Doesn't it sound kind of self centered that they are not concerned with others around them?

    http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/08/health/measles-minnesota-somali-anti-vaccine-bn/index.html

That would take an intellect that reasons why vaccines exist in the first place. Protection of their own child, their family , and others.

It's selfish. And when celebrities like Jenny Macarthy jump on the anti-vac bandwagon parading her child as an example of vaccines causing his autism, now backing off that saying she went to natural modalities and he's cured, people listen. Unfortunately.

At one time a primitive peoples god's and goddesses resided on Mount Olympus in Greece. Now for many in America they reside in the Beverly Hills of California and reign in Hollywoodland. They speak, people listen. They wear ridiculous clothes, and little girls want to buy them. The follower mentality usually gets people killed when those who follow set their own intelligence on pause so as to become fanatics of someone elses way of thinking.

I think parents that are responsible for this type outbreak should be jailed. Make it public and send that message. Single parent household? Oh well.

And it is certainly a ridiculous notion that refugees come into America, illegals, especially the unaccompanied children that are now making their way across the border, and they aren't made to get their shots. Especially in the case of the school age kids that are then put in our public schools. How can they arrive there without a vaccine card? If I had a child ready for school I'd have to show their shots were up to date when registering them.

Actually you just proved the Triangle does not make for good theology.

See, there is a reason that Jesus Himself said that "i and the FATHER are ONE".

There is a reason that Jesus claimed to be "I AM"...

    etc.

Actually, the triangle says that. Is there a reason you refuse to see it? God-IS-The Son God-IS- THE HOLY SPIRIT -GOD-IS-THE FATHER

  7. Except the prodigal son parable dismisses the claims made using those scriptures out of context being they're old testament.

We're new testament Christians. Those who are in Christ do not make a habit of sinning. But if they do sin, they have an advocate to the father on their behalf in Jesus Christ.

They would have to pay for the two seats. That could be very expensive.

Yes, that was in the Reuters article that was linked here.

"United Airlines, a unit of UAL Corp, will require obese passengers bumped from full flights to purchase two seats on a subsequent flight, matching the policy of some other carriers.

The change brings the Chicago-based in line with eight other airlines including Continental, Delta, JetBlue and Southwest, United spokeswoman Robin Urbanski said on Wednesday.

"Last year we had 700 complaints from passengers who had to share their seats," she said.

Under the new policy, obese passengers -- defined as unable to lower the arm rest and buckle a seat belt with one extension belt -- will still be reaccommodated, at no extra charge, to two empty seats if there is space available.

If, however, the airplane is full, they will be bumped from the flight and may have to purchase a second ticket, at the same price as the original fare, Urbanski said."

They should have to pay for two seats when they're wide enough to fit two seats. It's only fair to them at a comfort level. And it is certainly fair to other passengers who shouldn't have to suffer as Mr.Taylor did.

Your triangle is one very clear contradiction within itself.

    You do realize this?

    You dont realize this?

For example.....your triangle states that God is the Son, as long as you dont call God "The Father".

That math does not add up.

Another would be.....that your  triangle states that the Son is not the Holy Spirit.....However, each believer has the Holy Spirit, and this is known as "CHRIST IN YOU".....as in JESUS CHRIST in you, as in Jesus Christ the SON, is in you........yet, its the Holy Spirit.........or as another scripture states.....(Romans 8:1)...."Christ be IN you".

I think the triangle if you look at it does make sense if you realize God being sovereign is the son and the holy spirit. Whereas the holy spirit, the son, and the father, are not separate co-creators of one another. The source for the references in scripture to , father, son, holy spirit, is God. Because all three are God. Really there are two created when God is first a holy spirit himself.

This article could help. It explains the symbolism in the design of the triangle to communicate trinity. Three sided tri-angle: Lines, Triangles, and the Trinity

    QUOTE OF THE DAY

"It's sometimes said that we live in a 'therapeutic' culture, which means that people are led to cultivate feelings of self-pity and to seek out comfort. Early Christian spirituality was therapeutic, too, but to a very different effect. Here the idea is that sin is a kind of sickness. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they broke the connection they had with the only source of Light and Life. They began to die. The result is that every human is born with a spiritual 'broken gene,' so to speak, which will inevitably dispose them to sin as well. We see the world in distorted ways. We react erratically and selfishly. Even those we love, we don't love very well. It is very lonely on this earth; we are all like miniature spacemen in our separate spacesuits, fearful and grabby and dying day by day. The goal of life in Christ is to be healed. We apply self-discipline to curb our overt sins, then to curb our more subtle and elusive sin-patterns of thought. Gradually we acquire the 'mind of Christ' (1 Corinthians 2:16). We develop His mind, literally. All these things that we tend to think of as metaphoric turn out to be literal. The wages of sin really is death. Sin severs the cord of connection with God, and so we die. Christ really is Life. When His life grows within us, we are healed and restored. This is a really long process. It takes a lifetime."

  11. Why when Satan showed his intentions and led the war in Heaven against God did God let Satan live? And rather than destroy him utterly, cast him to the earth so that he could as the scriptures warn us, roam as a hungry lion seeking souls to devour?

What was purposed in letting Satan live?

Having read a lot about the Shroud of Turin, and watched a lot of documentaries, I believe the Shroud is most likely the burial shroud of Jesus.  It follows the description of Jesus' treatment at the hands of the Romans which is in the Bible. The image had to have been made supernaturally because the experts have found no way it could have been painted or photographed or anything else.  The face cloth which is housed in a monastery in France, and purported to be the cloth that covered the Lord's face, exactly coorelates to the stains of the Shroud. The rest of that stuff.....I tend not to believe everything I see or hear.  A lot of it is fake, IMO.

And relic's hunters probably unknowingly made fraudsters very rich for their troubles.

I watched a documentary last year, The Real Face of Jesus, that was very impressive as to authenticating the shroud. I believe it is real based on what those investigators found. I think God knows us very well and that there are people that need something to speak to them the proof of Jesus Christ and his divinity.
What those researchers found in the fibers of the shroud that can only be evidenced in the current century of technical processes seems to me to be the encoding God insured would be there for just such an occasion. I very much enjoyed that documentary. Highly recommend it to any sincere seeker of shroud information sources.

What I said, so people will know, is that I believe int eh Trinity.  There are many scriptures that show us this.  So there is no misunderstanding, here is a picture that shows what I believe.

    Shield-Trinity-Scutum-Fidei-English.png

That is what I believe also. That is what many people here have tried to get across. But unfortunately, even that diagram is refuted by some of the most amazing nonsense I've encountered in this topic among Christians anywhere.

Those that say Jesus is not God the son, absolutely cannot be, as example. Sadly , that diagram won't help them I don't believe.

I don't know their hearts, but I doubt it.

Those that cultivate division seem to be doing it for more mundane reasons - money and power.  Their goal seems to be 'burn it down', then 'we'll take over' when chaos ensues.

But God's purposes are always greater, and history is replete with examples of His turning around evil and using it for His ultimate good.

Again? No. If they haven't gotten through already repeating the same behavior isn't going to change a thing in those who will not see. But, somewhere OneLight asked for proof of people who said those scriptures were false and denied that Jesus was God the Father. So thanks to the two of you for showing him the proof he asked for.

    God have mercy.

I just thought of something when I read this question being asked again. And it will be accused as false and then proof asked for again I'm sure.

This is an eclectic group of people who claim the name of Christian you realize? I think what you and many of us are trying to reach and will fail, are those who are Christadelphians. Or, Jehovah Witness. Whatever the case, the denial isn't supported by God's word so you won't get through using God's word when it is first denied to say what it does say by your opponents here.

There was a huge list of scriptures that confirm Jesus was God the Father. When the name Immanuel, God with us, in scripture accounting of Jesus arrival and his name communicating to people  his presence and purpose doesn't convince those who argue with you, you're not really going to be able to use scripture to get through.

I really do not have the right tools. I have a "not sufficient" wrench and a pair of pliers. I just have the basic girlie tools and a couple I confiscated from the x husband. So that could be a problem as well

I would think you are right there. A typical pair of pliers won't grip strong enough on a shower coupling. They've never worked when I've tried to get a shower head off.

A wrench has to be strong enough too. The vice grips suggestion is excellent because you can clamp them down as tight as you need to and they have teeth that will grip the coupling very well.
