Hello!  I'm new here, decided to join because I want to grow spiritually and get to know other Christians!  Although I've been a Christian for a few years now, I've only just settled into a church I feel very happy in, so I still have much to learn.  After today's Easter Vigil service, I just had this feeling of overwhelming joy - so much so that I am determined to work even harder to build on my faith and knowledge, and I'm hoping Worthy Christian Forums can begin to help me with that!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter!

That's just your serotonin (Happy chemicals) releasing in the brain due to activity. We all get it when we work at something.

    2 Corinthians 3:5 (NASB)
Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God,

Our adequacy is in God and not in ourselves, to accomplish anything good in this world or in our walks with God. Our eyes must of all necessity stay on Him at all times. Though the valleys or the times of dying will come. The harder, faster, stronger our eyes stay on Christ the quicker and more smoother, even with the pain of dying, will we come through the whatever it is we’re going through. To the increase and joy that waits for us on the other side. It takes a heart that is willing and that is all it takes, God will do the rest if the heart stays willing and continually wants Him to.

Blessings to all that would “want Him to”

Much love in Christ, Not me

All the inconsistencies that make you you in this world won't be there when you arrive in your perfect body, right? So you won't actually be you in any context. Besides that how will the general believer cope when they are suddenly perfect? Everything they do will be no different than anyone else who is perfect. In a absolute perfect place there's no contrast, and therefore no way to determine any difference or uniqueness.

Well Ella, hmm, are you going to hell? How do I say this without offending anyone.

    No

    Never

Because you can't actually go to a place you believe in.

    You know what I mean?

I love traditional JRPG's, especially the SNES and PS1 games. I grew up with Final Fantasy, later went on to Wild Arms, Breath of Fire, and Shadow Hearts. Most PS2 and PS3 games kind of lost me with their oversaturation of anime in most recent releases.

Wow! All these thing's I love.

    Hi everyone,

I don't want to go into a long thing here and seem like I'm complaining,  and because honestly I'm tired of crying about this. And I'm also tired of people saying to be happy in your singleness (truth be told it's incredibly annoying sometimes). I am happy, but I'm lonely, and longing to meet that guy who I'll marry someday.

I am positive that you can find that person, if you apply yourself and don't expect it to happen overnight.

Welcome to Worthy!  I am  a christian and love God!   I have watched many a sci-fi movie.  Have you seen Fahrenheit 451.  It is interesting!

    I don't remember, possibly.

  9. Hi, I'm not a Christian, now to my intro. Just try and keep me from a good rpg game, or music, or a big cheese cake, or a long chess match, or science fiction movies.
