    AMEN!

Zayit!!!!! the tree, the eggs, the buildings....... They see but do not understand. They see 'one nation UNDER GOD INDIVISIBLE with lberty and justice for all. And you expect a truthful reaction? When all you've done is lifed up the veil so as to whisper them the truth. They have to be motivated to remove the veil. And we both know who motivates the hearts of people. Only two I know of. Truth and lies. But keep whispering achoti! HaShem's Torah is forever whispered in our hearts by the Ruach. It's the wind that will one day blow the veil completely off!! So blow away achoti, with the wind that has been given you. And have patience for the final glorious outcome. lol, your reaction reminds me of the child in the back seat of the car that abba's driving saying "are we there yet?" Only the car is the Ruach and we are saying, "are they seeing you yet? "

    John 10:34

LOL, you know zayit, I have an issue. (my issue, my problem, oh yea, and Yeshua's for having to deal with it along with me). When I see posts and the poster uses the KJV. I am imediatly turned off. I don't even want to delve into it. (first reaction). Then I discern wheather or not the Ruach is leading me to enter in. If so, I have to pull up the verses in the CJB to get my paradim fixed. Then I can actually 'relate' to what they have said. But even then, their paradim is so KJV that even if I can get past the use of the one verse, I then realize I have to do this 'conversion' as long as i'm talking to this person. And I usually give up. (second reaction). Then I pray that HaShem reveal the Truth to their hearts so I won't be SO REACTIONARY!!!!! lol (final reaction).

    John 10:34

M4, I use a 'lexicon' to delve in to such matters. Crosswalk has an online one I use when .....online. I also find it of utmost importance to understand the 'translations' and the languages translated to and from. Mostly Hebrew/Aramaic/Greek/English. Catholics seem to like to though latin in the mix. But thats because many 'catholic' doctrines were pened in latin. I say stick with the speak of the land it was written in. Though Shaul wrote to both greek and jew and was fluent in many languages. I would imagine he wrote letters to galatia in koine greek and letters to the Jews in Hebrew or Aramaic. Though it would seem by some he only wrote in elizibethian english. Try a lexicon to delve in to the meanings of words.

Yes, this remark had to do with 'authority'. And here is what Dad was refering to.
  5. Until one understands and regognizes his sins one can not repent of them. Christianity, just like Judaism has to come to terms with the falsehood woven into the Truth that makes them both "religion" before they both can be the true light God is forming them to be. One in Messiah. In my experience it's not the 'bad apples' that have made the barrel bad. It's the barrel itself that has made the wine unholy. Someone is trying to put the wine that is supposed to flow throughout the world freely from peoples hearts into a container, and saying it's 'ordained' by God. Thus leavening the whole bunch. Christianty was never supposed to be a religion like Judaism. "IMHO" It was supposed to be an act of God to draw his children home. But through the years man has made it into what our forefathers did. A religion devoid of the Spirit in which it professes.
  6. Zhavonay, would you consider that this has also already happened to Yisrael? The vineyard rent and the watchtower abandoned?
  7. How true, the law does not justify your faith, as much as faith in Yeshua does not justify your sins.
  8. I agree with this too. It also agrees with John 3:8 where John the immerser was speaking to the pharissees who were 'coming to be immersed'. He saw them and said; It also agrees with the root message witnessed by Yeshua and all his disciples of 'turning from sin to God". Luke 5:32 13:3 13:5 as well; And
  9. And stick with it you will Yes, I agree Zayit, as I am learning too along with you. It is used as 'Trust', but I like to expose the 'roots' so we can see all of the implications and usages. This thread should be about helping others learn, not about showing up others in their mental knowledge. Lo b'tach, lo ahavah....
  10. Zayit, the root is Bet Tet Chet and the definition is "trust, confidence, and security" As used in Yirmeyahu 17:7 Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. Both times the word used is "b'tach" Which means trust. I believe however that the term b'tachon is used when implying 'security'. Though it means trust as well. b'tach=trust (in verb form) b'tachon=security(in noun form)
  11. bitahon=security chomot al chomota'ich Yerushalayim!!!
  12. Ahavah=Love Chai
  13. In hebrew we have what is called a 'Moedim'. These are the 'designated and appointed times' in which the Lord defined certain things to observe as they were shadows of things to come about. There was a set time for everything under the sun. Ecclesiastes 3 A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5 a time to throw stones and a time to gather stones, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, 6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to discard, 7 a time to tear and a time to sew, a time to keep silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. 9 What does the worker gain from his efforts? 10 I have seen the task God has given humanity to keep us occupied. 11 He has made everything suited to its time; also, he has given human beings an awareness of eternity; but in such a way that they can't fully comprehend, from beginning to end, the things God does. Leviticus (Vayikra) 23:1-3 1 ADONAI said to Moshe, 2 "Tell the people of Isra'el: 'The designated times of ADONAI which you are to proclaim as holy convocations are my designated times. Here we see the giving of the Moedim to the children of Israel in the wilderness. What follows is the definition of the feasts of God. All of which point and lead to the Messiah. Matthew 8:29 They screamed, "What do you want with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" Gal 4:4 but when the appointed time arrived, God sent forth his Son. The issue I see here is that one group of people want to define this from inside of time, while the other has been revealed a view from eternity. From the inside it appears as if things stop and start, are born and then die. But from eternity they all flow to the goal that was foreordained from the beginning. To those inside, it is a 'dispensation of grace' upon the entire world. But others with a revelation of eternity see it as the coming of what was promised from the beginning.
