im still single and i just got off from a relationship. I wanted to follow GODs will but at times its just really difficult to draw between the lines......knowing if its the right person? / if its in GODs timing? / among all the other things. God knows that i wanted to have a family of my own... but i also know that one should always have GODs will for it to work out. But does it always mean, loving someone is always accompanied by hurt? im just confused and pressured.... need your advices and prayers. thanks

ill be praying for you and your family.... i do hope that you will stand still amidst all the trials that you are experiencing now. Certain things are hard to understand and only GOD knows why...but i guess thats the very reason why HE is GOD and we are not! Personally, i believed all things happened for a reason. GODs ways are better that our ways...HE's understanding is beyond what we could ever imagined or comprehend. But one thing for sure, our GOD is a faithful GOD..HE is true to HIS words and promises! We just have to completely trust and have that faith in HIM.

I feel sad of what i observe to some people (even christians) of my own country responding to the present crisis. It seems that people easily lose hope and faith when faced with trials and hardships. Deuteronomy 20:1-4 (English Standard Version) Laws Concerning Warfare 1"When you go out to war against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and an army larger than your own, you shall not be afraid of them, for the LORD your God is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. 2And when you draw near to the battle, the priest shall come forward and speak to the people 3and shall say to them, 'Hear, O Israel, today you are drawing near for battle against your enemies: let not your heart faint. Do not fear or panic or be in dread of them, 4for the LORD your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.' As christians arent we suppose to model this?

Hi Ray, Thanks for the comments Im pretty much ok where i am now. Actually, for me its not with the place/area for as long as you have GOD (Deuteronomy chapter 20 verses 1 through 4). I posted this question with an aim of getting insights on how, we as christians, should rise and respond to this call. GOD Bless
