MY DREAM: there is a seminar going on and i have no notebook or pen so I go out to my car to get them. I remember the doors on my ford windstar opening like a ferrari and I was extra careful not to hit the car next to mine. I was getting my things but the whole time I still heard the lecture. they were talkinabout some italian mob guy that was now a christian. I go back into the church and sit down. there is a dude sitting next to me and my pastor is sitting next to him. the speaker asks "who is the son of Ecozin?" my pastor says "doesn't eco mean earth?" then I say" does'nt zin mean eternal or immortal/" HAS ANYBODY EVER HEARD OF ECOZINE, ECOZIN, ECOZYN, ECOZEN? AND HAOW DOES IT RELATE TO CHRISTIANITY?

Thank you for saying this brother. I'll never understand why "non-believers" and atheists insist on hanging around Christian websites. Aren't there other websites out there where these anti-Christs can gather? Why such a need to try to "prove" their points to us. In my opinion, far too much time and energy is spent in the "Outer Court" dancing around with pagans, much to Satan's delight. It is obvious that the love of Christ has not reached their hearts, and may not, so all we can do is pray for them and move on. To be honest with you Eric your attitude can and will lead prospective believers astray...I know you are just trying to get your point across, but your point is not portraying true Christianity correctly. I've read other posts and this one kinda made the hair stand on the back of my neck: We as Christians need to start realizing that our goal is to win souls for Christ...not turn them away...Eric I just ask that you tone the harshness down a little and learn to love more...we're all in this together...athiests don't know about GOD'S love because WE have not been doing our job...and also If you know that girl that would have an abortion, you as the acting Christian in her life should feel responsible enough to AT LEAST preach the word of GOD to her...if she does not accept, then it is out of your hands

Secondeve You are an athiest on a Christian message board...that alone is a blessing...forget about the homosexuality thang for a minute...now I know you will dispute, but I'd say 8 out of 10 athiests I've talked to have all experienced some type of life trauma that deterred them away from GOD. That may be your case, maybe not...maybe you were raised by the preacher and his wife, and heard all this religious mumbo jumbo all your life so when you turned 18 you were estatic about moving out from them and GOD(like me )I used to be an athiest because I was tired of listening to my grandfather preach on and on about goin to hell, and dyin on crosses and the sort. I was abandoned by my mom, did'nt know(and still don't know)who my father was(he's dead)and raised in foster homes until I was 18 and emancipated. My life was'nt peachy but it was'nt nearly as bad as some. basically my point is, I know where you're coming from. Christianity can't explain all the hows, whens, and whats, it can't be scientifically proven, and it isn't a physical experience to encounter(well sometimes it is). but my testimony is I've felt so alone all my life, I don't know my biological family, heck I've seen my brothers and sisters and they don't even know who I am. I've had deep emotional scars of pain, hurt and the worst of all for me...rejection. I hated GOD for not allowing me to have a family, at age 11 I even pricked my finger and wrote a blood contract to the devil, saying that he could have my soul cause I did'nt want it.(crazy, huh?)I've done all the wild sex, drinking, drugs and livin "life" to the fullest. Then one day I realized that I was still hurting, when my high wore off my heart was still breaking, even when my body was full of alcohol, I still felt so empty. And HE came...the lover of my soul...HE called me..Just one day it clicked...TRY GOD...my friend that I used to get high with had a friend that went to church. He invited me to church(not one of those dead churches where you get condemned for everything, but a loving, teaching church)a couple sundays later I got saved, and the process began. GOD began(and is still)stripping all the dead weight from me. I can't explain the actual inner peace, the joy, the love I have for him...to have a relationship with GOD, is to walk blindfolded through this world but not even care because there is heaven on the inside of that blindfold...he speaks to me, encourages me, picks me up when I stumble, provides for me, HES the mother that left me, the father that died, the family I don't know.He's everything to me...I don't know you SecondEVE but I love you so much that I wish you could experience this...he turned a hard-shelled hardheaded little girl into a softy(I'm tearing up now )I hope this inspires you...and if not you than somebody

I've never seen a baby that has committed murder, gossip, jealousy, hatred or sexual perversion. I'm an adult and I've never committed murder or sexual perversion though I have experienced the other three things at different times so the answer is <drumroll please>> NO, we are not born into "sin". -- We're simply born, and whatever happens afterward is a result of the physical (outside our control), our learned behaviors and attitudes and our choices, whether we choose to violate what's culturally and legally acceptable or not. However, I do believe even a healthy mind can be "screwed up" from a variety of things including abuse (verbal, sexual, emotional, religious) other times there may just be something wrong with the brain from the get go. Ask yourself; why would a merciful, loving Creator even allow an "evil spirit" to afflict or attack an innocent newborn in the first place? If God allowed that then He/She/It wouldn't be merciful or loving..... or worthy of worship.

A BORN AGAIN BELEIVER CAN'T BE POSSESED, BUT HE CAN BE INFLUENCED. the bible says that our battle is not with the flesh or fleshly things, it is a spiritual battle. we keep giving fleshly explanations to spiritual problems. alcoholism is a spirit, genetics is the doorway. I think also that it is a choice. It is both. for instance the 15 year old that was raped hates men now and decides that she will only love women. The spirit afflicted her THROUGH the door of rape and is now clouding her judgement to MAKE her believe that she is gay. She chose to accept that spirit, but since she has no knowledge to the spirit at work, she thinks that it was her idea. So I think choice applies to those who don't know the truth about the underlying spirits. when the bible says choose life or death, it is addresed to those that have had the truth unveiled to them. A wordly person can't choose life or death because they have not experienced life, so all they know is death. So therefore a person born into this world is immediately corrupted with the evil of this world and susceptible to its darkness.So that is why I believe people can be born gay. If a mother is bisexual and carries a homosexual spirit, then the child can also be infested with this spirit. So people can be born gay, or they can also make a choice to be gay

I'm debating internally if I'm following GOD or my flesh. You see I feel as though GOD has shown me who my husband will be, but I always thought that the man should know who his wife will be. Were perfect for each other but I know that I'm not what he desires. Were the best of friends but I don't want to be second-rate to his vision of a wife. Can someone give me advice?

In all actuality homosexuality is not a "lifestyle" but a SPIRIT.I do believe that people can be born gay. We are all born INTOsin so therefore, when we enter this earth, the sins or SPIRITSthat our parents carried can now afflict us. jMH, I understand your plight. I know the LORD smiles down on your concerned heart for your friend. I know you want your friend to experience the joy and peace you have in our LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. I feel that GOD is saying to keep on doing what you are doing. If you want to see your friend reach that level of true happiness, let them see it in you. You have a positive rebel spirit, a gungho, JESUSfreak spirit that I can feel just by reading your post.If I can feel it and experience your character through the computer screen, what more can your friend feel it by being in your physical presence?!so JMH, be a living witness and testimony for your friend. Pray for them and enter into spritual warfare for them. If need be ask GOD to allow you to stand in the gap for your friend. Rebuke any spirits that have been sent to confuse, or distort the truth.always remeber that you have an audience. Your friend will find deliverance, but it will be through you, by GOD.

How do you deeply discern the voice of GOD. How can I diferentiate between the flesh, the enemy and GOD?
