Suggest a liberal way to vote here! It could save taxpayers millions, maybe even billions of dollars in buying voting machines that don't work. Plus, it could encourage greater voter participation. For Example: Suppose American voters and/or abroad could login to an official secure website to cast his or her vote. Each voter would receive a pin number and/or confirmation number. The latter will eliminate miscounted votes. If voters don't have computers or may be computer illiterate they could visit the library or election commision for assistance. The process would be similar to efiling a tax return. Imagine how much headache and/or taxes we could save.

The problem that concerns many is that voters may not afford the time to exercise his or her civic duty to study or vote on the multitude of issues that may reach the floor of the House and/or Senate. The latter is fully understood and taken into consideration. Yet, it is more feasible to fix the problem of making our democratic process more user friendly to voters, than it is to fix the human frailty problem of making our politicians to become more accountable or truthful. We are living in the new age of internet technology. This means that we can upgrade our electronic voting process to be far more advanced than our predecessors. It is highly feasible that pin numbers be assigned to each registered voter. Pin numbers would permit the House and/or Senate to post civic issues on either website for public view. The latter will furnish each voter equal opportunity to cast his or her vote. If any registered voter neglects his or her civic duty to afford the time to study or vote on any particular civic issue, then the burden falls upon him or her, rather than any civic official. Example: Judge Joe Brown has installed electronic voting devices in his courtroom. The audience listens to the civil disputes between the contestants (i.e. Plaintiff and Defendant). Judge Brown advises the audience of the State laws pertaining to the issues surrounding each case. From time to time he will permit his audience to render its verdict as if it were an official jury. The electronic voting devices makes his courtroom more user friendly than any of the other Court TV judges. It lessens his burden of being deemed unfair by either contestant or the audience. The majority opinion takes precedent in our democratic process.

What is a civilization? Hopefully, when members of our body of Christ read my thread it will enlighten you spiritually, intellectually and legally. Pardon my speech. It may sound as a tongue twister. Yet, such is unavoidable due to the topic. A civilization is a civic society that seeks to secure the civil liberties of its civilians. The civilians, who live within the city elect civic officials to legislate civil laws. The civil laws permit the civilians to settle his or her civil dispute in a civilized fashion. The civic community benefits when each civilian demonstrates his or her civility to act civil. In contrast, an uncivilized and/or rural society, seeks to secure law and order through primitive means of enforcing martial law. Martial law does not acknowledge the civil liberties of its civilian population. Rather, its ruling class legislates laws that order the civilians to believe and/or behave in a uniform manner to reflect the views of the moral majority. Under martial law, the State can court martial a civilian as if he or she were a militant soldier. A militant soldier is construed as property. Thus, he or she is not afforded his or her civil right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Whereas, property may not bring suit in court (See Dred Scott vs. Irene Sandford 1865 USC). In retaliation, the militants take up arms against the government to defend his or her civil rights through uncivilized means. The repercussion leads to a reckless endangerment of each civilian. As the danger escalates to crisis levels, then the civilians are coerced to pay higher taxes to the government. The government utilizes the taxes to hire police and/or military to protect the civilian population from the militants, who refuse to be ordered around by the government. The end product of imposing martial law upon a civilian population is anarchy against the government and/or complete collapse thereof.

If our democratic process were adhered to by the letter of the law, then it wouldn't matter what beliefs a candidate for civic office may hold. Our democratic process is designed to eliminate the risk of any civic official voting on public issues contrary to the majority opinion of civilian citizens residing within his or her district. Further, it protects against any likelihood of a civic official selling his or her vote for personal gain. Our First Amendment is a safeguard to protect each civilian citizen against Congress voting laws that respect the establishment of religion.

Is 'Don't Vote.com' a good or bad idea? Prelude: Hopefully, my thread may provoke meaningful discussions of whether 'Don't vote.com' is a good or bad idea'. As the author I am voicing my personal viewpoint. It's not to say that my personal viewpoint is right or wrong. It is merely my own personal opinion. So, please don't become offended or threatened. Feel free to voice your own personal viewpoint or opinion to let others know how you think. Personal viewpoint My personal viewpoint is that Don't vote.com is a bad idea. My reasoning is as follows: Don't vote.com is saying "Don't vote until you have heard the issues!" Off the top it sounds to be a very good campaign slogan. Yet, it may have a severe backlash. The slogan places candidates on the hot seat to divulge his or her personal views and/or beliefs. Moral issues (e.g. same-sex marriage, stem cell research or partial birth abortion etc.) are personal or private beliefs. Civic officials are not obligated by any civil law to give up his or right to privacy. Each is placed on civil service payroll to perform a duty or carryout the rules. For Example: One doesn't question the postal delivery person about his or her moral beliefs. Rather, their job duty is to deliver the mail unopened until it reaches its destination or recipient. Capitol Hill is the destination or recipient of all voter mail and/or votes. The danger that I perceive is that incumbents and/or candidates seeking election to civic office will be intimidated or influenced by Don't vote.com. They may bend the rules to vote on issues without polling his or her district. Bending the rules inevitably leads to a broken government. A civic official is a person, who has temporarily stepped down from his or her superior rank as an American citizen to officiate the rules of our United States Constitution and/or State Constitution. It is the same as if a person were to step down to accept the office of an umpire, referee, judge, arbitrator or mediator to officiate a contest or dispute between competing parties. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 construes any civic office and/or civic establishment privately or publicly owned as a public accommodation (i.e. affects the safety, health or welfare of our community). As such, an individual or group may neither intimidate nor influence any civic officer to differentiate enforcing any rule, law or policy based upon color, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, creed, age or disability. The duty of a civic official, in respect to enforcing a rule, law or policy, is to refrain from interjecting his or her personal viewpoint. If a civic official were to do the latter, it will be perceived as favoritism or discrimination. The end product will manufacture schism (i.e. civil strife or racial riots etc.). A minority population will dissent to protest its grievances in the form of anarchy against civic officials for taking sides. Legally speaking, a State Representative, Congressman/woman, or Senator owns a fiduciary duty to officiate a democratic poll of his or her district. If he or she is derelict to perform the latter duty, in lieu to cast his or her own personal vote or viewpoint, then the people of his or her district are ill served or misrepresented. Instead, the people are left to hope or pray for which way the wind will blow on Capitol Hill. Under our civil system of self-government the people are in charge and/or the master of our own fate. The Preamble and Constitution protects the civil liberties of the people to make political decisions autonomously of our government. We need our civic officials to step down off his or her high horses, and supply us with the civil services that we have paid for through our taxes to carryout our own self-government. It may seem difficult for any layperson to conceive intellectually that the highest ranking civic officer (i.e. President) is lower in rank than any civilian citizen (i.e. taxpayer). It is the same as in the Army where the highest ranking Non Commission Officer (i.e. Command Sergeant Major) is lower in rank than the lowest Commissioned Officer (i.e. Lieutenant). Our Preamble has commissioned each citizen of the United States to hold the the highest rank of office to form a Federal Union to govern our own civic affairs. The President is the highest ranking civil servant on our payroll. His job descripition doesn't call for his leadership or rule. Our President has to step down from his superior rank as an American citizen in order to accept his subordinate oath of office to serve the People of our Union. The lawful duties of our Oval Office are to: enforce our Constitution, Bill of Rights and UCMJ for military personnel. Anything less would be uncivilized (lol).

The 2006 Duke lacrosse team scandal demonstrates the hazard of our criminal justice system. Let's leave race out of the picture. No matter the outcome of the criminal trial, the lives of each young man and/or their parents will be forever shattered by the word of the alleged victim to accuse them of the infamous charge of rape. Each Defendant is entitled to the same equality of treatment as the Plaintiff. The DA has granted the Plaintiff's Civil Rights to petition our government for a redress of grievances. Yet, the DA has deprived each Defendant's Civil Rights of due process to petition our government for a redress of grievances against the Plaintiff for filing a false complaint. If the DA had followed due process to carryout our First Amendment, then each Defendant would have benefited from a fair and impartial legal process. Our First Amendment grants each civilian his or her Civil Right to petition our government for a redress of grievances by virtue of signing an affidavit of complaint to the DA. Consider the parents of each of the 3 Defendants. How do you think they may feel that the Plaintiff has exercised her Civil Rights to petition our government for a redress of her grievances, yet their sons can't exercise their Civil Rights? Let me tell you if you don't already know. They feel betrayed by the DA and are miserable suffering the nightmare of a lifetime. One day it may be your dear son or grandson standing trial. Do you wish for his Civil Rights to be deprived to petition our government for a redress of grievances, same as the Duke lacrosse team players? Think about it and let me hear your opinion. It may save the career of three young men.

Jesus was born of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost opened intercession between Jesus and God the Father. Jesus could ask God in prayer for anything, including wisdom or understanding. God would answer His prayers. Jesus' comprehension of the Bible was keenly superior to the Pharisees or Sadducees. They were reading the Bible literally, without asking God in prayer to explain its meaning. They could not proclaim eureka to the semantics (i.e. hidden manna) to be made known in Revelation. If we, as Christians , are mature reborn through the baptism by fire and the Holy Ghost, then we become new creatures in Christ. As such, we who are mature reborn, being lead by the Holy Spirit, will have a totally different interpretation (i.e. connotation vs. denotation) of God's word, than any unborn or newborn, who hasn't first prayed to God. The unborn or newborn will read the Bible verbatim to stir up confusion. The end result is strife. As siblings of the body of Christ (i.e. church), we own a sacred and/or moral duty to God to correct our unborn or newborn baby siblings. God's house isn't a playground to fun around with as Hophni or Phinehas. God's mansions are kept peaceful and orderly as any church sanctuary. If we as elders, shirk our duty to admonish our unborn or newborn babies, then we leave God with no option, but to seal our fate as was done with the priest Eli. Amen!

Recall the first thing God said to describe the serpent. That's right! He is the most subtil beast that God had made. Subtill connotates cunning. Hieroglyphs is the oldest form of writing. The serpent plays tricks with God's word to add or subtract letters to distort one's thinking. I am starting a list so that members in our body of Christ can add words to the list that the Holy Spirit has revealed to him or her. Observe that the letter added and/or subtracted will either distort or modify the meaning. State whether either word is a (D) distortion or (M) modification. My heart is deeply troubled concerning the Spirit of our Laws. Permit me to speak metaphorically, without respect to political correctness. It is vital for me to paint a lucid portrait of the vision the Holy Spirit has shown to me. I think it is important that our body of Christ hear my full message before any rush to judgment. I beseech you to pray about what I am about to tell you. By our Christian faith in Christ, permit only the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts. Delay, for the moment, to click any link. It is imperative that you maintain your train of thought. Our United State Constitution is the foundation of America. The foundation, mortar and framework of any building determine its strength to withstand exterior forces that may come to tear down the structure to make it fall to the ground. Follow along with me. I am going to walk you step by step to prove to you the Holy Spirit that the architects or engineers (i.e. delegates of the Thirteen Colonies ) were being guided by at the time period when they met at the Philadelphia Convention to conceive the greatest humanitarian document ever inspired by God or composed by mankind, here today dubbed by its noble title as our United States Constitution and its sacred Bill of Rights. The architects or engineers had been blessed with the literary skills to read books. During their time period reading skills were rare and afforded only to the aristocrats (i.e. lawyers or statesman). Sunday School existed as the first form of public education during our early settlement of Puritans or Pilgrims et al. The Holy Bible was the predominant and/or only book that the Sunday School teachers had access to instruct their young students how to read. As we, know each delegate was articulate and artisan reading at the highest level. The book of Esther is a Sunday School lesson that instructs young students (i.e. Jew, Catholic or Christian) about how Haman gained favoritism with king Ahasuerus to harbor a demonic spirit to abuse the law for his ill will to commit genocide against the Jewish race. Moving backward in time, the delegates from Massachusetts, had witnessed the demonic horror of the Salem Witch Trials. The Holy Spirit had reminded them of the book of Esther. It terrified their spirit and, they withheld their vote to ratify the Constitution until the other delegates agreed to incorporate the Spirit of our Laws and the First Ten Amendments (i.e. Bill of Rights) into its framework. The architects or engineers were prudent that a time would come when the Devil would send other demonic spirits (i.e. false prophets, antichrists etc.) similar to Haman to tear down the foundation of the Constitution to make our framework collapse to the ground. Thus, they were compelled by their godly spirit to insert a clause to warrant against the likelihood of the latter event to occur. The architects installed Article III Section II Par 2 to provide explicit immunity for all cases against (i.e. ambassadors, consuls, public ministers) from territories (i.e. cities, states or nations) to originate in our Supreme Court to safeguard their open intercourse (i.e. freedom of speech) in the House of Representatives. Pay very close attention to the First Amendment that the architects or engineers drafted as the sunroof dome to cover the top of our building. It gives a clue of what was uttermost in their mind or governing their spirit. The engineers drafted the God given words on top of our building that pronounced to the world that America is a land of liberty and freedom against any form of religious persecution, for such is protected by the Spirit of our laws. The words have become as a sunroof dome top to cover our building where the sunlight (i.e. Holy Spirit of God) could shine through, yet shelter out the inclement weather (i.e. forces of evil), so that our nation would stand tall forever and never fall. France recognized the beauty of our architecture. Yet there was one more piece missing to complete its glory. They forwarded us the most spectacular gift that any nation could send to honor the cause of liberty. We have accepted France's noble gift of the Statue of Liberty. Her gift has become our welcome doormat. God's sacred words have been inscribed at her feet. These words invite the world to send us their suffering, so that we may offer them our refuge. Our architects or engineers laid out our sacred doormat and turned on our beacon of light to draw the world to America in the spirit of Christ. Now, a time has come, in our great nation, where our beacon of light no longer shines. The evil spirit of Haman found new birth in America The wicked has colluded with our king to demean the Spirit of our laws to tease us, as Jacob did to Esau, so that we may hunger for the sweetness of the law. Within its sweetness is the agent that deteriorates our mortar that holds our structure firm. So, I pray for those, who still serve the Holy Spirit of our God, stay true to our faith in Christ. Don't allow these wicked souls lead you to follow their evil pathway. By their own words they have condemned themselves to the perdition of fire. Our God has sealed their fate, and He is the only one, who may show mercy upon their souls. Amen!

Who and/or what is the great red dragon as discussed in the Book of Revelations? The truth of the Holy Spirit is found in the Book of Job. The Leviathan is describing a fire breathing dragon-like abomination monster similar to Godzilla. Could President George W. Bush and/or the War against Terrorism fulfill God's prophecy of the great red dragon? Pay attention to how many times he and/or his Cabinet officers assert the word pride to martial patriotism. Not once has any asserted the word humility as a call to restore peace. Let me pose one grave question for our Body of Christ to seek God for the truth.
