  1. is it possible?? I dunno for sure, i do know with Jesus, all things are possible, it is scriptural though.... not so much turning the world into the muslim faith. but the antichrist will come saying "I am the Christ." we as a Christian Nation, as a follower of Christ need to be ready for that situation. 2 Thes. 2:3-4 3Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for (that day will not come) until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God Rev 13:1-3 1And the dragon[a] stood on the shore of the sea. The Beast out of the Sea And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. 3One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast Rev 19:19 19Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But there is the greatest, happiest ending in this life story..... Jesus wins. Rev 19:20-21 20But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. 21The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh. 2. not to mention that the ACLU has the whole "Seperation of Church and State" way out of context. Here is the amendment that they stick by loyally........i believe it is the same one...... Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances Seperation of Church and State........ i believe this is saying in black and white that congress cannot make one certain religion a statewide ordeal.....not the fact that we cannot display Religious Symbols on State property. hmmm....sounds like they are the ones who are discriminating against Christians..........what you think? God Bless Billy Source
  3. Ok, as the heading says. Is it a good thing to be on fire for Jesus? it brings an interesting story up. We have all seen it. The youth or younger people go away to a camp for a week and come back, they are really living a Godly life. as if nothing can stop them. They want to go out and chane the whole world. Some think they can, some do. They are on fire for Jesus. Then they go out and begin their ministry. Then the fire kinda burns out. Some, not all, begin to wonder where are all the people they witnessed to? The point is, it is fine to be on fire for Jesus. The object is not to let your own vision burn Jesus out. When we witness to others we should let Jesus speak through us with his words, not our own million dollar words that hardly noone can understand. We have to be simple with the new men of Christ. Truthful, but simple. and have patience with them as well. Remember you were there once yourself. Well, this is just my thoughts that have been on my mind tonight. please share your thoughts if you want. God Bless Billy
  4. this is an interesting question. although it isn't the main part of the post, though it ispart of the heading. but the answer to this question is yes. there is another gospel. [lil g] the gospel according to mankind. most people are to hyped on hearing what they want to hear, mostly from our pastors. they candy-coat the message to make it more appealing and more happy, kinda like conforming the message to our lifestyles instead of conforming our life style to the message of God. Our lifestyle should be that of Christ and not of the world. now it is fine to be in the world, not of the world. God made us a "pacuilar people" {sp} which means that we should not conform to the world. this is my thoughts on the subject... if i am mixed up on something or my thoughts aren't clear enough.....please tell me God Bless Billy

    How do you forgive?

Well, I think you forgive them the same way God forgave you. We didn't deserve the forgiving grace of God through Jesus Christ. but we got it anyway. Matthew 26:28 This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. Ephesians 1:7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace Matthew 5:43-44 "43You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.'44But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. God Bless Billy

They had an air show here in lake Charles, La. the plane was so close and so quick you actually didn't hear it until after he passed. it was LOUD!!!!! they also warned everyone not to video or photograph the plane either. because of plane's classification. but that deal was soon lifted..... F-117A Nighthawk and the Blue Angles are AWESOME!!!!! God Bless Billy

  8. Dancing in Church A Sin?? if it was for any other reason then glorifying the Lord, then yes it would be. but if it was for the work of the Lord...then no. oh and BTW.... i am not a teenager. I am 25. and the Bible is Crystal clear on the dancing thing.... if this was for something else, please forgive me.... God Bless Billy
  9. Well, "traditional" Baptist says that dancing is a sin, and it should not be in a church. but what i say is this. If it will get more bodies in the church, go for it. Ecc. 3:4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. Jesus even looked down on the crowd in Matthew for not dancing. Matthew 11:17 We Played the flute for you and you did not dance; we sang a dirge and you did not mourn. David talks about dancing in Psalms. Psalms 30:11 You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy. 149:3 Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp. whatever glorifies the Lord rather it is music, singing, or dancing. I say go for it. Break Tradition......and make a statement for the Lord. God Bless Billy
