Thank you for your reply, we looked up the scriptures you gave us. But she said thats not the part that she read, she said it was something to that extent. But she said it was worded differently.

My girlfriend said that when she was skimming through the bible, she read something about jesus going into hell for three days. She believes it was call abrahms land? Or something to that extent she cant remember where it was at, and thinks she might of read it wrong. But she said that he went to hell for the three days to have people aware that they were going to heaven. She said what she thought she read was like a barrier and these people that were waiting there could withstand the fire. Does anyone know about this? Or maybe she misinterpreted? Any help would be appreciated.

From what the scientist said (I'm not saying i believe them) But a meteor whiped out every dinosaur. Fossils do not convince me as well, unless there the Lord says so, i will think otherwise. Besides, why should we take what is fact, fossils or not, to someone that said Man grew from monkeys? it contradicts the bible and is full blown blasphemy.

I've asked that very same question. Which lead to me wondering, did dinosaurs even exist? If so, wouldn't of that been mentioned in Genisis?

I don't think it is wrong to ask God anything, but why ask God for a pleasing physicall appreance? That would only attract the one's who are shallow. Would you really want to spend your life with someone who is shallow? We have our appreances for a reason, He will give you someone, patience is all you need.

You're right, i don't know much about the Bible, which is now i am reading it everyday and studying the Bible from the very start of it.

Wow, this is really intense. Continue on wearing your crucifix to show the faith you have in Christ, i do agree with that. Since you are in a really deep battle with Satan's demons, i believe you should cast the demons out of your house yourself instead of waiting on a Pastor/Priest to show up. There may be times where you have no other choice but to cast the demons out of your house yourself. Demand that they leave your home, your house is a house of God, of Jesus Christ. Do all you can, pray to the Lord for forgiveness of being involved with withcraft and Satanic Rituals, pray, fast. Make sure the Lord hears your cries of help, the Merciful Saviour of ours will save you from the demons. God bless and do not stop fighting.

Thank you all for the inputs. I just prayed moments ago, today i will talk to my father and tell him to be holy again, the life he is chosing, sadly to say, hell will be his fate. I am going to be a Warrior for my father and for my Lord, i will fast and save my father.

That sounds great, i wish i knew of a church such as the one you go to. I do understand the stuff that was done on halloween, but i think it's taking to the extreme at times. I agree with the ones who said everyday is His day, Satan has no control over anything. They only thing Satan has control over on that day, are the people who worship Satan, people who particpate in witchcraft. The one's who put blades in childern's candy, those are the ones that are controlled by Satan.

No, i am not dealing with anyone (or myself) who are having incest problems. I was just curious because nowhere did it say anything of Lot's daughter's being punished. I was just wondering why a sin as such would go unpunished. But i see now.

Doesn't things change? Halloween is mainly known for free candy for childern. Wasn't the Roman Catholics evil people many years ago? They were not men of God, they were greedy and murderous. Nowdays are Roman Catholics the same as they were years ago? Things change.

I never believed it and i refuse to believe it. I do understand that on October 31st, many Satanic Rituals were performed. But i hear a lot of Pastors say that Halloween is Satan's birthday. Is there anything said in the scriptures of Halloween? I would like to celebrate Halloween and dress my little girl in a pumpkin costume, would that be against God?

My father was incarcerated for 4 years. He was let out October of 2004. While him being incarcerated, he opened himself up to God and prayed to God everyday. My father had a really bad smoking habit, he prayed for his habit to be gone, and God did so. Now my father is back into doing what the Devil want's him to do. He has forgotten about Christ, he no longer prays, he drinks (at times) and is now selling drugs? Should i fast and pray for my father? so the Lord could hear my cries of help? Or should i tell my father how Satan is making him do stuff that Christ would not approve of?

God has blessed you well. For the worries, why are you worrying? You musn't forget what Jesus Christ, the Son of Man has told us. "Therefore i tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink or about your body, what you will wear." I can go on with this one, but i'll leave that part as that. God will take care of you, be patient, say patient. Don't let your faith fade. Continue praying and do not worry about tomorrow. "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself"

This question came across my mind last night after reading The Bible. In Genesis 19:7-33, Lot's daughters made Lot drink wine and become drunk. Both daughters ended up pregnant. Nowhere did i read of God punishing Lot's daughters. So would Incest be considered sin?

Exactly. I have a 7 month old daughter, if an intruder entered my home, i will strike him dead. But to answer your question, in my opinon defense is not a problem. Even though Peter denyed Jesus, didn't he cut a man's ear off who tried to arrest Jesus? My family is everything, i will fight to the death for my family. If you feel has if you have done wrong my striking a man, pray to God for your forgivness for being violent, and also pray for the man who began the violence. Pray for him because at that time, Satan was on his shoulder.

On another board that i posted on, one of the members said that the reason why babies are aborted, is because God are sending the aborted to hell before they are born. In Matthew 18:5-14 Jesus says "Let the little childern come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" So why would one believe the unborn is sent to hell? What about Pro abortion and Abortion moms? Are they sent to hell for such an act, without repenting?

It says: "The Lord said if has one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible" I don't understand what was the whole point of confusing the people of babel. Can anyone explain this to me?
