Then I guess we should arm all our police with tranqulizers made for 11-year-olds too. If a kid (or adult for that matter) is acting like a wild animal, they should not be surprised to be treated as one, neglected or not.

I'm 6'3" @ 280lbs...I would have done the same thing to the kid because it was warranted. The kid should be expelled and criminally charged, period. The problem is that too many people seem to think there should not be consequences to their actions, especially kids, but I do not subscribe to that kind of tripe...never have, never will.

I thought birth control pills prevented the ovary from releasing eggs during its normal cycle. Nope, they only prevent the fertilized egg from implanting.

Don't read into it what isn't there... ...it does not say that he was indeed a felon. Obviously if they are returning the items, they likely found that they received bad info. Too bad they did not act properly and actually check his record first.
