  1. This is a practical question. If you have been a non-Christian for part of your mature life and a Christian for part of it, is your life better in physical ways? Is it worse in physical ways?

Mine has become better physically, after receiving salvation, in the sense that the burdens and worries of this life have been lifted from my shoulders and replaced with peace. I believe this in itself can add more years to ones life.

Has it become easier...nope actually its become harder because I've become aware of and have entered the spiritual war upon receiving salvation. Its a daily fight against Satan and his demonic followers. He will never let up until I enter into the presents of my Lord Jesus Christ. But with Christ as my foundation then I remain on solid grounds, and as much as Satan might try...I will not be removed.

  2. I am trying to reach 100000 people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.I already have reached 50000 people,I guess. Now this is the final thing associated with the return of Lord Jesus Christ is this-" And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Great work bhakthi, the return of the Lord is in his hands not ours but when he returns and finds us doing what he has commanded of us then great is our rewards. The most blessed words that I desire to hear from the Lord...."well done my just and faithful servant". :emot-questioned:

  3. it is our life time of works to obtain that goal and for every success we have we will be rewarded for those works, even if they all turn out to be failures we will still have salvation because that will be granted by fire which will burn away all of our bad works leaving only our salvation.

I agree, though not rewarded for our own works, but that which we allow the Holy Spirit to do through us. These are the only works in our life that will stand the test of fire. Jesus not only brought the gift of life but he opened the doors to allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives achieving God's will for our life. Only that which glorifies God will be accepted by him, and only that which we do through the Holy Spirit will glorify God. Thats why its so important for us to seek the leadership of his Holy Spirit through his Word and through prayer to resist sin because its sin that quenches the Holy Spirit.

But even when we do fall into sin and seek his forgiveness many times over, glory to God the blood Christ is sufficient, otherwise Christ would have died in vain.

  4. Lightening storms often remind us of the power and glory which God retains. Remember that the greatest lightening show of them all will shine from the East to the West.
