If my opponent has Ginzo and Spell Cancelor on the field at the same time what is the rules? And according to the rules is it really possible to negate "every chance of winning"?

#1: When I do die and my spirit goes to Heaven will he be able to talk? #2: If so will he only be able to talk to God or other Christians too? #3: If so will he only talk about God in Heaven or will he be able to talk about other good, great and better things in Heaven even and including General Chat even about family and friends I/they am/are watching over? #4: When I die and my spirit goes to Heaven will he have a different name or does that only apply to the ressurected body (My real name is Jason)?
