I'd like to discuss the importance of Fasting as a way of training for self-control and also as an obedience to Jesus's teachings in our personal spiritual life... everyone may talk about his/her practice and what benefits he/she gained from it. Thank you.

I just want to ask... Why are they many denominations in Christianity?...Have they contradictions between each? Are they all accepted by God?, can we consider them many "methods" to approach Jesus? and what about denominations like Jehovah's Witnesses, can we consider them christians? Thank you!
