  1. Hi Afal, (My favourite woman in all the world.) That was an interesting question. It is a question of believing that God is greater than any situation you may find yourself in and He is actually willing and waiting to help you in your time of need. As a general rule Christians who have got rid of the worry habit know certain things. They know that God is infinitely greater than any situation or circumstance they find themselves in. They know that they are one spirit with Him. And they are confident He is going to be faithful to his Word and help them out in times of need. Thinking on and acknowledging such scriptures that tell us of our position in Christ, in God, in the Spirit etc, gives us confidence that He is in us and with us. Hearing of his exploits and mighty power in the Bible and people's personal testimonies gives us a sense of what He has done and is able to do. If as Christian's we are not sure about these things it's going to be hard to cast our worries on the Lord. It all boils down to knowing who is on the inside of us and that He loves us and is longing to help us. Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. 1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Isa 53:5 the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,.. Jesus bore our anxiety on the cross. Love you loads
