Amen ISA , Ihope that Near will perceive that being a Christian a member of the church the body of Christ during this very special time we call the Mystery that is the Gospel of the Dispensation of Christ given to Paul by Christ is not about wrath or duty or law or good deeds or confessig but is salvation by grace (a gift ) free to anyone by just believing in Christ as your savior . He paid your debt 2000years ago and we who were dead to God because of Adams sin have been given life and life everlasting we now have life our nature is no longer adams natur but Christs nature we live in the house called righteousness not the house called sin . Religion is human dogma and interpretation hence it is open to all kinds of wierd and wacky behavior but when we believe in Christ we immediately become a new creation where God only sees his Sons perfectionin us and the Love of Christ taught to us by the Holy Ghost constrains us and what we do we do out of love and not out of duty or repayment or reconciliation .W do not forgive to be forgiven , we forgive BECAUSE God forgave us in love . It is not an academic study it is LIFE to be enjoyed in all circumstances because he is in us and we are in Him . In 2 Cor God never prevented those thins to happen to Paul in his life but God gave him the grace to equip him to overcome ,this is what we must learn

There are many many religions throughout the world with devotees who are prepared to die for God but we are unique in that our salvation and life is due to our savior Christ and it is Christ that the world and its prince hates , it is Christ who is the sworn enemy of satan and the final battle will see our savior victorious over all as prophesied

hello Isa , grace and peace to you , I firmly believe like you said that we have salvation thanks to the cross and the blood , and I only queried 1 John 1:9 because I have known so many saints burdened by the guilt laid on them by the erroneous teaching of this verse taught in isolation . Galatians 2:7 states that the gospel of the uncircumcision was commited to Paul as the gospel of the circumcision was commited to Peter and in verse 9 James , cephas and John should GO ONLY TO THE . CIRCUMCISION . Johns epistle and his plea to confess sins is in response to Gods promises to Israel in Leviticus 26 :40 - 46 , part of the 5 courses of chastisement on Israel , the fifth phase of which is the tribulation grace and peace

Dear Isa , Praise the Lord , yes we have so many promises in Christ , there is only one probleem I have with 1 john 1:9 and that is what would happen if we did not ask God to forgive us something then are we unforgiven . this is not andisagreement but i have never been able to equate what John preaches to what Paul preaches in Colossians2:12 , 13 &14 where he says that Godhas forgiven me "all " my trespasses . it might make me feel better but my salvation is based on Christs perfection and not on mine peace and rest

Dear Isa and Kitty , never doubt what Christ achieved on the cross through His blood . We were reconciled to God on that day People who say that the grace message is tooeasy and that we must do things in order to please God really do not understand the cost of the death of Christ . God is Love and he loves us so much that He knew even before He created us that Christ would have to die on that cross . Christ suffered so we would not have to and fine if one wants to believe that they can achieve salvation any other way than through the gospel of the dispensation of grace then let them continue but when someone believes in Christ as their Lord and Savior then they are immediately sealed by the Holy Ghost and Christs seed is in us God looks at each one and no longer are we alien to Him but each one of His saints are perfect in His eyes not our perfection but yhe perfection of His Son CHRIST WHO DIED FOR OUR SINS SO WE CAN REST IN HIS ASSURANCE AND HAVE PEACE IN THE LOVE OF GOD OUR FATHER. READ COLOSSIANS CH 1-3 AND GALATIANS 1 - 3 and EPHESIANS 3 AND KNOW THE LOVE OF GOD THAT YOU HAVE "NOW" AND FOR ETERNITY I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WOULD WANT TO DENY THAT WE HAVE SUCH A LOVING GOD AND WANT TO PUY FEAR INTO OUR HEARTS BY CONSTANTLY GIVING THE IMPRESSION THAT GODS WRATH IS UPON US HE REALLY LOVES US THE ONLY QUESTION HE WILL ASK IS DO YOU BELIEVE IN MY SON ? OUR SINS ARE NO LONGER AN ISSUE AS FAR AS HE IS CONCERNED BECAUSE CHRIST HAS PAID IN FULL FOR MY SINS AND YOURS .

Thank you soooo much Isa! Yes, the Word of God is the plain, simple truth! ^.^ Whenever I read the Bible, my heart warms and I am so happy, even when I read Revelation! I am going to be so happy when God returns to take us back to Him! I will be hugging Jesus so much my arms are going to fall off, and God too!

hello Near , just read your concerns over the tribulation period as revealed to John dont worry about a thing we the church the body of Christ , those who believe in the Gospel of the dispensation of grace as preached by Paul will not be on earth at this time but will have met Jesus in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord (1 thess 4:17 ) The tribulation or the "Day of JACOBS trouble is the final stage of the prophetic programme where the remnant of Israel who endure to the end will finally receive their salvation and must be viewed as a different programme to the one in which the world is under today . Leviticus 26 , Dan 12 and the books of the Minor prophets sets this out as to how God will deal with Israel during the last days , so once again fear not we will be with the LOrd PRAIS CHRISTS MIGHTY NAME
