    Okay, this just in from MSNBC, at approximately 5:30 pm, at the annual Gilroy* Garlic Festival, in California, a suspected lone gunman opened fire upon the celebrants. Local law investigations are on the still active scene, along with the ATF = Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. According to latest official reports, 16 have been shot, with 5 confirmed fatalities. The suspect is still at large, but there at present is no belief that it was an act of terrorism, or a hate crime. *Gilroy is a large town about an hour and a half south east of San Francisco, where is is also known to be called, "The Garlic Capitol. "
