If you use e-Sword, which additional resources do you recommend? I'd love some DECENT commentaries and devotionals, plus original language information. I already have downloaded the NASB, MKJV and ESV.

Cheers,

I've got

Commentaries/Cross-References

-Barnes'

-Clarke's

-Gill's

-Henry's

-JFB's

-Scofield's

-TSK's

Dictionaries

-ISBE

-Strong's

-Webster

Translations

-ESV

-KJV w/ and w/o Strong's

-KJV 1611

-Greek NT Textus Receptus w/ Strong's

-Greek NT Westcott/Hort w/ Strong's

-Hebrew OT w/ and w/o Strong's

I don't think you could go wrong in downloading all the free stuff. As far as addons you have to pay for, I'm not entirely sure what's good and what's not. The commentaries I've used thus far are good, and it's good to have many of them to cross-reference. As far as Bibles, I really only read the ESV for my Bible needs, but I have the original texts for deeper study. Then of course there are many odds and ends Bibles you can look at, but most of them are just a point of interest or personal study. If I didn't already own a NASB/commentaries/concordances/etc, I would buy the NASB thing they have for eSword. NASB is especially good for studying the Greek.
