You know, I can see some Christians rallying together. I see Shadow, Wisdom, Traveller, WIP, and a whole bunch of others who would do just that...so there are those who I feel would rally together. But there are some who are so caught up in legalism and other bondage, that they'd pull away... I also remember that there are plenty of Christians who, when the goin gets tough, look out only for the own families and to heck with others... Did you hear it from a human or from the Holy Spirit? I have asked this question of a number of secret, pretrib, rapture supporters and never gotten an answer. Citing scripture does not seem to do any good because egos have been invested. Once our ego has been invested in an issue the Holy Spirit is nullified. Your analogy of our initial introduction to GOD and the secret, pretrip, rapture idea is invalid since we have the Bible and the first century desciples of Christ did not. Show me the scripture that clearly states the secret, pretrib, rapture idea and I will accept it.
