Guest shiloh Posted July 31, 2004 Share Posted July 31, 2004 The way I understand it, Jesus was a man, and also of course the divine Son of God and could be at only one place at a time - so before He ascended, He told them that He was going to send the Holy Spirit (who can be all places). They are all one but have different functions and agree on all things. An egg has three parts, the yolk, the white, and the shell - but all are one egg. MArried people are one but are two persons.
