Some things are "sin" to one person, but not to another and Paul states it this way: 1 Cor 6:11-2 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. An anecdotal story comes to mind. I had a friend that playing card games were his obsession, almost to the exclusion of everything else. The Lord told Him to STOP! He understood immediately and had he continued, he WOULD HAVE SINNED. I personally love playing cards, but I am not obsessed by it. In another place in the scriptures, Paul tells us that some will not eat meat sacrificed to idols. For their sake, Paul did not eat of it so as not to "offend" those who did not eat. It was NOT EXPEDIENT for him to eat meat. Blessings, Dad Ernie

Blessings- sachi
