He says he's called to continue to "speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves." (Proverbs 31:8-9) Nearly a year has passed since the Korean American missionary crossed the frozen Tumen River and walked from China into North Korea. Attentive border guards immediately arrested Park and took him to a North Korean prison where he suffered sexual abuse and torture. Many of Park's friends are North Korean defectors--they told him how Christians and others are sent to concentration camps, tortured and left to die. Park knew what he was up against before crossing the border, yet he was willing to pay the price. <snip> How are Christians faring in North Korea today and what does he think about those who are evangelized in China or South Korea and then sent back to the North? He responds to those questions in clip one of our CBN News interview. In clip two, Park explains what he did when he first crossed the border into North Korea. In clip three, he discusses how he was treated by his North Korea interrogators and what he said to them. In our fourth and final interview clip, Park explains what Christians can do to make a difference for our North Korean brothers and sisters in Christ. Please take the time to view all four clips and then pray. Few Christians suffer worse than those in North Korea. http://blogs.cbn.com/globallane/archive/2010/11/08/robert-park-interview-speaking-up-for-north-korean-christians.aspx

I was stationed at South Korea,Osan for a year. I also visited the DMZ while I was there. Christians in North Korea & China are being torture, beaten, humiliated, and abuse to degrees we could not imagine. I remember seeing articles of Christians in North Korea who were killed in camps. I also noticed that more attacks are happening to Christian churches in Afghanistan & Iraq. Suicide bombers are trying to drive vehicles inside the church. This alone is proof there is a living God. Why across the world are some Christians starting to be hunted down and tortured like this?
Guest
.... Why across the world are some Christians starting to be hunted down and tortured like this?.... Sin But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death. Proverbs 8:36 Salvation But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 And The Saint These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33 >>>>>()<<<<<< Praying! Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body. Hebrews 13:3 Hallelujah! Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound. 2 Timothy 2:9 Amen!
