God is more than capable of leveling out those emotions. valium works well too, but God's a better alternative That is what is happening. One month bouncy, loving, normal.... The next month....aaarrrghhhh... Who take the Valium? Me? Fez... soooo Funny ! pms... is a hormonal embalance . We have a hormone gland in the brain . If this gland is not getting enough hormones to the brain . Symptoms will occur in a woman, such as mood- swings etc. Sometimes, a womans' body is not producing enough hormones.... for the gland in the brain. So we need to give the gland extra help. A GYN doctor can help , by giving a woman a low dose of hormone pills, or in the hormone shot. I took the hormone pill ...and it sure helped me.
