The first thing you need to do is stop feeling guilty!  Christ is not condemning you and you shouldn't condemn yourself.  How many of your sins were yet future when Jesus died?  All of them.  When you became saved he forgave you for tomorrow as well as yesterday.  Don't ever let your self condemnation come between you and the Lord.  You need him more now than ever!

He will help you overcome.  Visualize yourself happy and alcohol free.  When you feel the urge to drink try and replace it with a good habit and people that will keep you on track.  Stay away from places that serve alcohol until you get strong enough to say no.  And of course always pray for strength and deliverance.

Lastly don't go it alone.  There's many resources for alcoholics that will give you that human support you need and set goals for yourself.  Just know God loves you despite your actions and doesn't want you to drink because it is poison.  He wants you to live up to your full potential and have a happy life.
