The community had a prophecy that the democratic reforms in Russia would not last and would be followed by another repressive government. No time line was given. I loaned the article to a friend specifically asking for it to be returned but it was thrown away. But I always remembered the prophecy. Recent events in Russia cause me to reflect on that prophecy.
