I think we are at a fork in the road of history. We can change the possible beginning of the parousia through prayer for people like Bush and for our nation. I came to notice Jonah in a wholly different light last year, struck especially with the last sentence in Jonah 2:9--Salvation is of the Lord or you can translate it as Y'shua is Yahweh. Nineveh repented and was spared for 120 years. I think we can too. Watch and pray, yes. Pray for people, people and countries, the world, pray, humble ourselves, seek His face, and turn from OUR evil ways. God listens to His people, the people called by His Name and He also takes note of what we do. His people, called by His Name have the ability to have Him stay the end. We just hope this isn't a first step to the banning of all firearms worldwide and a global identification system where everyone's movements can be tracked.
