It was a statement of the consequences of the sin from that point on. Not a curse. Not a commandment. God says that "I will do this" in verse 16...not "this is a consequence of...." God uses quite a bit of "thou shalt not" in this passage to indicate that it is He who is causing this and is cursing them. Afterall, this is a curse, so if God didn't do it, who made this curse? Such loveable men here in Worthy. This is the only thing you can do; attack. You can't prove your points, you can validate a single thing you say, all you can do is attack people when they obviously have proven you wrong.
