Now I'll show you how Israel will also be divided into three parts. It's interesting to see how two thirds of the church will go on to glory, but Israel is just the opposite in that only one third will survive. I believe this will be the remnant that God will protect, and thus all Israel will be saved through them. The other two thirds will perish. Zech. 13:8-9 - "In the whole land," declares the LORD , "two-thirds will be struck down and perish; yet one-third will be left in it. 9 This third I will bring into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. Hi wordsower, Yeah I guess maybe the Lord really likes that number three for some reason. Not only is the church and Israel divided into three, but don't forget too, that so are the angels and even God too, in the Trinity. It seems that He designed almost everything into three, right down to the tiniest little atoms. Just a little food for thought, but it really makes you wonder.
