Keep in mind while reading Daniel 11 that the prophecies correspond to the events in Revelation. The beast which attacks Jerusalem 3 1/2 days prior to the coming of our Lord is the king of the south attacking the norths armed forces in Jerusalem. The north responds by destroying the entire kingdom if the beast.
