God created Lucifer and Lucifer created Satan with his rebellion and created the Devil with his slander.

The angels and mankind are the sentient beings: which means we have free will: which means we can choose Good (the will of God) or Evil (disobey). To the date the best explanation I have found for this is the law of conservation of energy states that energy may neither be created nor destroyed but it can be changed in form.

Which leads to the question...."How did Satan get pride in the first place...."

I have a question too.

If angels have free-will.,.....then how come they aren't dropping out of Heaven now? :blink

And, do you think God wanted a bit to do, and not just have a perfect World?

Gnosticism? Show me in the scripture.

I think it is obvious by these verses that God didn't want robots and didn't create any...That even the angels have their own minds...Why aren't they dropping out of Heaven? Because it's a wonderful place, because God is beautiful and because they love Him...I mean, why not???

Then how come Satan did?

Do you think God let him fall, for something exiciting to do on earth, (saving his creation..?)

Oh boy.

I'm so, so, sorry.

I'mtrying to get something over, and I've sounded terrible....

I don't mean what most people think I'm saying....

But do any of you know what I'm trying to get at?

Yes and no.

I think that there really is no solid answer to your question, yomo. There are just some things that we'll have to wait until eternity to find out.

Maybe it's a good thing that you don't know or can't understand why satan did...I seriously doubt God wanted something to "play" with and so he put the thought in him, that is...well...absurd.

But, I'm with Ovedya on this one...there are just some things we will ahve to wait until we see Jesus to find out...Like:

WHAT DID ADAM AND EVE LOOK LIKE???????????????????????????

In any case, thank God what we think doesn't matter concerning our walk with Christ. :emot-handshake:
