Our Lord will never contradict His Word, found in the Holy Spirit inspired 66 Books of the Bible.

Revelation 13:[18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Please use plain English to explain @branchesofHim... 😁

Your quoting of this Scripture is rather cryptic and not only that, has nothing really to do with my statement...

We don't look to books for answers   we look to Him.

The only record (book) being questioned as being complete is that of the Holy Bible which is an incomplete record because fallen man has obviously altered the record. Shalom

You answered my statement the same way.

Matthew 11:[15] He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

....wow...this is quite a statement! Do you believe that the Lord is unable to preserve His word? Which is found in the 66 Books of the Bible. Holy Spirit inspired Scripture...?

...since you have the audacity to use this phrase many times against those who disagree with you...well, right back at you...

I never said that or implied it. Shalom

Matthew 13:[9] Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
[10] And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
[11] He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
[12] For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
[13] Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
[14] And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
[15] For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Extra-biblical sources are exactly what they are....extra...

They are not a part of the Canon...they are not a part of the Holy Spirit inspired 66 Books.

The Lord is able to preserve His word.
