Psalm 50:

14 Offer to God thanksgiving, and pay your vows to the Most High.
15 Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.

All that we offer unto the Lord from an honest and sincere heart establish Memorials before Him on our behalf.

Acts 10:4 And when he observed him, he was afraid, and said, “What is it, lord?”

So he said to him, “Your prayers and your alms have come up for a memorial before God.

The Name of the Lord was given to Moses for the people of Israel who remained

faithful to the Memorials of Torah,

that they may call upon Him for deliverance from their enemies.

Exodus 3:15 Moreover God said to Moses, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial (zeker) to all generations.

When this Name is called upon, a covenant Remembrance comes before the Lord for the faithful.

Acts 10:

30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house,

and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,

31 And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.

Malachi 3:16 Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another,
And the Lord listened and heard them;
So a book of remembrance was written before Him
For those who fear the Lord
And who meditate on His name.
