Opinion:Should there be a cease-fire?

If a person is trying to kill you, or is evil, then any resemblance of God does not exist. I believe man was made in God's image, but I wonder if it has more to do with our spirit than our flesh. Of course, I imagine we were very beautiful people at one time, so perhaps the first few generations of man closely resembled God, but today, with all the evil wicked people around, I wonder if God even exists within them.

When Christ returns, the valley of megiddo will be so full of blood. It will be 5 ft deep and about 150 miles long. No doubt every drop from the wicked, atones for every drop of blood shed by the Saints.

Joshua, 2

Matthew 10

32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Joel 2

1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

12 Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Jesus will bring peace to the earth, but there will be a reckoning to His enemies first.

Proverbs 24

11 If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain;

12 If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?

We are not to stand by and allow people to be slain by hateful beasts who walk as men. If we do we shall bring judgement upon ourselves.

The enemies of Israel are the enemies of God, and will be cursed according to their works.
