Rather than get upset, why not try and prove anything I've said as being wrong. I've been polite yet factual. You make an accusation of legalism yet have not backed it up. And, is this not a forum where by we can discuss view pionts.? I sence an unhealthy attitude in your reply. If I"m wrong my appoligise, how about one in return.

Yeah, stafy my last response was not to you, but was being made in reference the article by tmrflies. You have not presented any meaningful facts, to disprove. All you have done is gripe. When you provide something of intellectual substance, then perhaps a meaningful debate can ensue.

Second: why didn't you not open with a statement that this was someone elses report, and since that is now the know case, you should have validated the report, by giving some background credentials as to who and where Mr Harris is coming from.

Why should I present any background on the author. I stated that it was a Jerusalem Post report and that Mr. Harris wrote it. Here is something for you to think about... you have a computer!! You can google him for yourself and learn all you want about him. I am sure he has other articles to read and and bio with his background info on it. Do your own research.

While we are talking about backgrounds, who are you and what are YOUR credentials, and why should we listen to you??? Why don't we apply your standard to you?? Why is your opinion valuable, and what professional credentials do you possess that make it valuable???

At the moment all we have is a myistery report with no benchmark as to what the author, was in fact on about.

A "mystery report?" What makes it a "mystery report?" It was published in the Jerusalem Post, which is an internationally read news source in good standing in may places all over the planet. This was not written in a dark corner. The same article has been reprinted in other well-read news sources. You are being really over-dramatic.

In esence we are just disccussing your personal interpretation of a mystery report and when someone llike me acctually pionts out the faults in the report, you get upset and try to kick then out of the post.

No, actually we have not been discussing my interpretation. We have been discussing your baseless and fairly ridiculous condemnation of the article. Your big gripe is that the article does not mention God. All we have been addressing is your remarks. We have not really gotten around to discussing the substance of the article at all.

I've just checked Mr harris's jerusalim post site and I think it mild to say he is coming from a non chiratian view piont. Which would support everything i"ve said. He is a journelist writting from a secular position for a secualr audiance on a secular newspaper and although he may or may not have a christain background does not change the audiance he was writting for. so you have brought a secular report onto worthy boards on now wish to discuss its validitivity.

The article is not presenting an "answer" or solution. The article is not eliminating God from the issue at all. It is simply stating that the world has bought into the lie that all of the problems in the Middleeast would cease to exist if Israel and the Palestinians were living in peace.

My problem with your responses is that you jump on this thread and assume that we have just eliminated God from the solution, as if THIS were the ONLY article posted in the forum on the subject. We have posted many articles here that affirm that God alone is the answer to the peace needed in the Middleeast. Please stop jumping to conclusions and mouthing off with baseless assumptions about people you dont know, namely us.
