An anomoly on the resurrection?

I notice in a number of discussions reference to resurrection as if it only applies to the saved.

As such, I was wondering where this line of thinking comes from, when Scripture makes it clear that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked - the only apparent difference being the outcome or abode of the resurrected.

I think the confusion lies in the fact that people automatically think that when the idea of resurrection is being brought up that it means the new life Christians will have with God.

And The Resurrection To Eternity With God

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

welcome to worthy ..and personally if I didnt know where I was going to spend eternity I dont think I would want to be ressurected
