Indeed, but I live in a real world where close 40% if my income already goes to various taxes. Maybe if all levels of government left more of MY money in MY hands, I could do as Batman's father did... At any rate...it's still highly unfair. However, living in society demands certain concessions, and taxation is one. The Hamburger dude has the right idea, although I would opt for a straight, across the board percentage, not a "progressive" rate.
