Oh, this is very worrying! I'm so upset learning this news! I guess I should just pray for him. If he truly is the Lord's, He will come back to Him, I am sure! Karl Marx was an atheist. Karl Marx was a satanist. What's the difference? Satanists believe in God and choose to worship Satan. Karl Marx did not believe anything in the spirit world existed; therefore, he was an athiest. I doubt he is one now Theoritically, one can appreciate communism on paper and still hold to a belief in God, but true communism has to deny His existence because they don't believe in anything higher than the regime. Ask your brother-in-law about his political beliefs, but show interest and let him talk. If you come to him from a position of concern, he might get defensive and shut down before you get the information you need to know in order to communicate with him further.
