    Hello

I went to say hi in chat and said I was kicked? Why? John
  2. Your half way right. If you knew the true schematics of things your posts would have depth to them. What's up with that post mead? Fill me in, please. We are good. I didn't mean to speak at you as much as to you, I apologize.
  3. Excellent read dude (the book that is, but the video is ok I guess). I read it years ago when I was 18 after a friend of mine that was a high level egyptian freemason for 35 years of his life pointed it out to me. He had repented of that life and sorcery and accepted Christ as his Savior. Shared many things, but nonetheless this book is still an excellent read.

  5. That's rich. It reminds me of the time I use to hunt silverback gorillas in in the sub tropical regions of Africa with nothing but a sling shot and a rubber mallet. If you believe that one, remind me to tell you about the time I went over Niagra Falls in a wooden barrell on a dry day...and lived, lol.
  6. I think it hit the nail on the head as far as Gotham and the "make" believe. The Dark Knight has always been the cross between vigilante/righteous to combat evil.
  7. How did you come to this conclusion? Ciao - viole I didn't come up with it myself but rather the astronomers who ran the computer models and simulations did, there where a few episodes of nova where many astronomers came up with the same conclusion......... i can't promise anything but i'll try to get more info P.S. i'm thankful for science- i'd hate to live in the day's of old where the earth was flat and you had to be carefull not to fall of the edge of the world Yeah, and they didn't have air conditioning and good heating and no Charmin toilet paper...... man we don't ever want to go back to those days. Don't forget heated toilet seats.
  8. Interesting, I have never had horse or donkey before. What is the basic taste comparable to...chicken or? Hello?
  9. It's hard to answer your post without a little more detail, though I get the gist of it. Mind sharing a little more, as in some background?
  10. This is a beautiful song. I have always enjoyed it
  11. I wondered that at first too, cause it seems to have slid through by a landslide. Either way it's disgusting.
  12. Cool post. I listened to an interview years ago with a Dr. Leonard Coldwell who said similiar things. He also said several things about many of the dangers surrounding some of the treatments used in cancer
  13. http://www.endtimesroundtable.com/ETRT/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14155 They can do whatever they want to us. Our reserve isn't even our own, it's owned by private bankers that as far as I know none of which have ever been named. Any investigation of them, they just say they don't have to answer or give some beat around the bush excuse till the matter just fades away. They print our money at an inflated rate, which we pay for. They can effectively control our economy and cripple us, right before our own eyes as we just sit back and watch.
  14. Sorry, that wasn't my intention. It is true I am a nit-picker. But that's how I interact with the world. I do not mean this as a cut-down. It is simply my desire to fit the pieces together properly for my understanding. I was trying to express my words in a non-offensive way. I apologize for failing at that. I sincerely wanted to know which star the shaft looked at, and I know of Ursa Minor as a constellation, not a star. The added info was the teacher in me adding to the learning of the situation. My apologies. No apologies needed dear sister In truth it's the nit-picking that I also believe helps filter through misconceptions and helps us understand things with more clarity. I should have been kinder in my reponse. I don't have the knowledge of the stars and their movements over the centuries the way you do. I was racking my brain at the time to try and remember off the top of my head so I could respond the first time with a true and just answer, lol. It's been years since I studied any charts and such and brushed up on the movements and correct names. I should have taken the time to research again as to try and be more accurate. Nothing wrong with the way you are at all friend and I would wager that it has served you well in your life
  15. OK, thanks. But I fear an error transpired again. Ursa Minor is the constellation "Little Bear," of which our northern star, Polaris, is a part of (although I do not believe it was the northern star back then). Please clarify, Thanks! Nebula, your the astronomer. I only know what I have studied in books over the years and they all say the same thing as well as several sites on the net. If you disagree then correct me with clarification. Don't answer with a hey I am gonna put it back on you and then wait with anticipation to pounce back. No need to drag out a nit pick discussion though I am very willing to learn like the next person. I have always appreciated your comments and knowledge over the years about such things and others. I have at times found them very insightful
  16. Really? How did you discover this? And any ideas why they would represent that? (By "system of Syrius" do you mean the constellation Canis major?) I apologize Nebula, my thoughts got away from me for a sec on the last part of that statement. It was the three constellation of Orions belt they aligned with. The northern shaft in the King's Chamber (32 deg, 28 min, 00 sec) pointed to the star Alpha Draconis, circa 2450 B.C. The southern shaft in the Queen's Chamber (39 deg, 30 min, 00 sec) pointed to the star Sirius, circa 2450 B.C. Sirius was associated with the Egyptian goddess Isis. The northern shaft in the Queen's Chamber (39 deg, 00 min, 00 sec) pointed to the star Ursa Minor, circa 2450 B.C. The Egyptians placed great importance on the Sirius system.
  17. Not at all. This is a fantastic example of ancient construction but it's not close to some other ancient sites that have mind boggling knowledge incorporated into them Like the Pantheon in Rome. That still has engineers scratching their heads. It shows a very advanced knowldge of engineering and physics. Kinda deflates our modern ego as if people who lived in ancient times didnt know anything. The Romans were quite advanced even by our standards today. True. The Romans accomplished fantastic things. I have stated before I believe the people of ancient times were far more intelligent with the knowledge they had developed or been given. In the early ninties I started studying the Egyptians and anything "out of the box", man they were way out there in terms of uncanny knowledge. I think of the Pyramids, the biggest of course being the enigma, though the entire plateau is an exact representation of the system of Sirius. There are so many anomalies to the great pyramid that it makes ya wonder how they knew some of these things despite the fact that every noted mainstream archaeologist will not even go in to depth about the symbolism and mysteries that are swarming around Egypt. These things are still incorporated into many of the things around us today (the obelisk in our nations capital is just one example). This link http://www.timstouse.com/EarthHistory/Egypt/GreatPyramid/interestingfacts.htm (yeah I am too lazy to type out what I have learned, lol) shows most of the profound knowledge they had to incorporate into this monument. This was the first link I found concerning these but there are many others that state the same. I hope you don't mind my "putting in my two cents' worth." This is one of the reasons why I choose to believe in Creation over Evolution. As a human race, we are DEVOLVING, not evolving! Adam was created a perfect man. He had no flaws and he had not sinned, as yet. His mind was brilliant enough to come up with a naming convention for all the animals that God paraded before Him on Day 6. Even after he and his better half (literally) had sinned, they were still more beautiful and complete than any of their children; they had the ORIGINAL genetic structure for the human race! They were made in the image of God, in God's likeness! Now, imagine what such a person could accomplish in 950 years! According to the lineage of Genesis 5, he was still alive until Noach's father, Lamekh, was 56! That means that He lived to see his great, great, great, great, great, great grandson! Remember the saying, "Two heads are better than one"? Now, think about all these people interacting and sharing information and using their collective intelligence! As many as 9 generations living simultaneously could produce quite an advanced society! I have read von Daniken's book, Chariots of the Gods?, and I don't think he was that far off. Some of his evidence could have indeed been from an advanced civilization, not from outer space, but from RIGHT HERE! The antediluvian world probably had science advances that we don't have today. There are writings from the Cadi el-Galil Abu Abd Allah Mohammed ben Salamat el-Qodai , which claim that Chanokh (Enoch) was the one to design and build the Great Pyramid as a storehouse to preserve their information and equipment through the Flood. He had been forewarned by Adam, who prophesied that there would be two great catastrophes, the first of water and the second of fire. I first read all this from a book entitled The Mysteries of the Great Pyramids by Mr. A. Pochan. You can also find out some of this from the site http://www.forosmp.com.ar/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=633. This site is in Spanish; so, you may need to have Google or Bing translate it for you. Von Daniken had found evidence of a dry cell battery, and a "bird" that looked more like a fighter jet! He found evidence of lenses made of crystal, and all of these discoveries are dated as thousands of years old! Of course, I don't agree with his conclusions, but I do believe we have to consider the possibility that the society before the Flood was much more technologically advanced than we give them credit! I don't mind at all about you hopping in. I have a had a love for these things ever since I was kid and used to watch In Search Of. I have wondered as much before about Adam and Eve (started a topic about it but man did that train sail, lol) and the others you mentioned over the years in the respect you mentioned them. I also agree that whatever knowledge the pre flood/Antidiluvian world had was profound and it came from either their own minds, the Lord or even demons/spirits in some cases (not aliens). Your reference to the battery (known as the Baghdad battery) is pretty cool as well but I haven't been able over the years to find any comparable discovery involving electricity. I also believe the great pyramid was built to house knowledge, but as I have stated before in other posts I can only speculate as to what. I think that when the flood came the entire Earth was in massive upheavel, maybe continental drift took place, maybe pole reversal and a monstrous amount of knowledge was either erased completely or covered by who knows what. The library of Alexandria going up in flames didn't help us any either (man what a tragic loss that was). Compared to what we know now about "modern" history we only truly have bits and fragments about the ancient past. There are many cases all over the world in which knowledge is shown through writings and their architecture that don't even come close to lining up with what you see the same ol people on tv telling us. Weird how almost all these ancient structures were pyramid in their designs (got theories for that one too). Take the ruins at Puma Punku for just one example, the craftsmanship in the stones is uncanny (the designs they cut into the stones and the lines cut with consistent precision depth, width and length). Some of the stones are diorite, a hardness rank of 7 or more, they would have had to use diamond tipped tools to cut these things. But on tv, all I have ever seen over the years mentioned by mainstream folks is that these people (Aymara) did this with primitive tools compared to what we would have to use today. It's sad that we can only speculate about most of it all, but it's fun to discuss such things

  19. Not at all. This is a fantastic example of ancient construction but it's not close to some other ancient sites that have mind boggling knowledge incorporated into them I believe that the ruins are quite mind boggling. At the Mayan ruins of Dzibilchaltún we see a superb example of the understanding of astronomy possessed by the ancient Maya. Dzibilchaltún has a structure that is unique in the Maya world because the top platform has an unobstructed view of all points east to west. Twice a year, on the Equinox, the rising sun shines through the portal in the Temple of the Seven Dolls, showing us how they incorporated this understanding into their architecture. This has become an international event attended by many people from around the world. http://www.mayasites.com/dzibilch.html Dear sister I didn't mean to blow off what you posted. I apologize if what I said hit you wrong I think the Mayans did incredible things as well, I just had my preference to what I thought incorporated a more profound ancient knowledge of the astronomical and mathematical aspects. The shafts you mentioned are amazing as well, just like the ones in the great pyramid and other sites on Earth have. It's amazing how all the ancient cultures had this important need to include this certain aspect into their pyramids/temples/architecture.
