I like loud upbeat music when I work out, no slow music please. I dont like a heavy metal sound though either. I like songs such as 'One Way', or 'God Is Great', etc. I look forward to your suggestions!

The whole thing is 1 hour long and fully instrumental no words until the very end of the hour where a girl starts to sing.. "now that we've tired each other out".. which I thought was funny as if I could keep runing for 1 full hour and tire out the musicians. But it was neat. I got it for my Nike+ sports kit.. otherwise I also listen to other electronica artists because they normally dont have words and got a great beat to keep you going and take the mind of your body . Oh, and Entertaining Angels! More once I get iTunes back up and running (stupid thing just stopped working on me...must've been the new update). * The remix from their Greatest Hits album, Intermission, though you could use the original if you prefer that, I think this one's more workout-ish
