There was a lot of issues there and it wasn't a big placed where we lived, so we were in each others face all the time. I know what you mean about going off. *sigh. I tried everything over the years but the only thing I found that really worked effectivly was forgivness. Because if I just said nothing, the anger would stay and just boil over another time. Forgive, forgive and forgive again until you get breakthrough (and involve God throughily in the whole process.) My mother would have had to do it a lot of times for me too.
