EXPECTANT PRAYER

As we confidently pray according to the promises in the Bible we can expect all the promises of the Lord to be yes and amen in Christ!  There are literally thousands of Scripture promises in the Bible that can be applied to our lives. As the psalmist wrote:  "For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast"(Psalm 33:9). The Lord is true (see Revelation 3:7), and His promises are sure.
